TF Sport is running two Chevrolet Corvette Z06 GT3.Rs in the upcoming 2025-26 Asian Le Mans Series and now we are finding out more about one of those entries and the drivers.
Yesterday the British racing team announced that one of those teams will be running under the revived “Racing Team Turkey” banner and featuring silver-rated driver Salih Yoluc. The team also announced he will be joined by factory-backed racer Charlie Eastwood and Belgium Bronze-rated driver Tom van Rompuy. Yoluc and Eastwood previously raced for Racing Team Turkey during the 2023 European Le Mans Series where they finished third in LMP2 Pro/Am Championship.
The Corvette Z06-GT3.R livery features the Turkish Red and Burgundy with Black accents. It will wear the number 34. TF Sport describes it this way:
“An evolution of the Racing Team Turkey identity, the livery blends the iconic Turkish Red and burgundy tones with sharp, flowing lines that express pure motion.
At its heart, the crossed flags emblem remains the centrepiece, with every detail designed to celebrate speed, heritage and the unmistakable Racing Team Turkey spirit.
The 2025-26 Asian Le Mans Series kicks off in December and the schedule features six races with the season concluding in February. The tracks that will be hosting these races include the Sepang International Circuit in Malaysia, while the other two are the Dubai Autodrome, and the Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dabi.
