The National Corvette Restorers Society (NCRS) was formed in 1974 to support the restoration and preservation of classic Corvettes. Over 50 years later, the NCRS has thousands of members and numerous chapters all over the world.
Each year at Corvettes at Carlisle, the Delaware Valley Chapter of the NCRS helps spread the word via their NCRS Gallery. The invitation-only display features one special Corvette to represent almost every class from their extensive judging portfolio.
This year’s honorees at the NCRS Gallery XXIV:
This year marked the 24th edition of the NCRS Gallery. The display was housed in its traditional location under their giant white tent in heart of the Fun Field next to Building R. The cross section of Corvette history covered almost every generation of Corvette production ranging from a stunning Polo White 1953 roadster up to a new 2025 Red Mist E-Ray convertible.
Like any high-end Corvette display, the NCRS Gallery was home to some of the most iconic models of all time. While wandering the tents visitors saw classics like a 1957 fuelie, a 1963 split window coupe, and a mean 1969 L88 convertible. Special edition Corvettes this year included Collector Editions from both 1982 and 1996 in addition to a 2004 Commemorative Edition Z06.
If you’ve never taken the time at Carlisle to wander the NCRS Gallery, we highly recommend you do so. It’s a great look at how they help to carry on the Corvette legacy in a cool shady tent out of the sun. Members are present to answer any questions, judging guides are available for perusal, and owners are present to share their experiences. So next time you’re at Corvettes at Carlisle, make sure you take a lap around the NCRS Gallery. Now, on to our gallery of the NCRS Gallery 24!
