[PICS] The 2025 Corvettes at Carlisle Show

Thousands of Corvette enthusiasts made the annual pilgrimage to Pennsylvania last week for the yearly spectacle known as Corvettes at Carlisle. Now over 40 years old, Corvettes at Carlisle remains the world’s largest Corvette event and shows no sign of letting up.

Weather was nearly perfect all weekend as we perused the 3,000+ Corvettes on site. The 2025 event literally covered the full gamut of Corvette history. 1953 VIN 001 – the first Corvette built – sat on stage with its owner throughout the weekend while a few hundred feet away, Chevrolet showed off the entire 2026 Corvette lineup including the amazing ZR1X in preproduction form. Corvette Chief Engineers Tony Roma and Josh Holder held walkarounds Saturday and Sunday while members of Team Corvette answered questions in their tent all weekend long.

As always, there were a number of special displays spread about the 82-acre Carlisle Fairgrounds. The racer reunion celebrated track-spec Corvettes from the C1 through C6 eras while the NCRS Gallery covered the factory-correct end of the spectrum. The Chip’s Choice display celebrated ZR1’s with a great collection of cars from the C3, C4, C6, and C7 generations. Other features included the 50th anniversary celebration of the 1975 Corvette as well as an appearance by the phenomenal, Ridler Award winning Twelve Air Corvette-inspired restomod built by Kindig-it Design. That car alone was worth the price of admission.

Over on the racetrack, competitors battled the clock in the autocross. Other track activities included the rolling exhaust contest and exhibition laps by several cars from the racer’s reunion.

Off the track, owners competed for glory in the NCCC judged concourse while parts-hunters scoured the swap meet and countless vendors for that next great treasure.

Finally, the event wrapped up with the traditional Saturday night downtown parade. Over 500 Corvettes made their way 2-wide into historic downtown Carlisle before parking prior to the evening’s street party.

Corvettes at Carlisle continues to set the bar for what a car show should be. It’s a three-day, 82-acre immersive experience with amazing cars and even better people. It’s truly a bucket list event not to be missed. The 2026 show will take place August 27th – 29th 2026 so make your travel arrangements now. We’ll see you there.
