Chevrolet Captures Second Consecutive GTD PRO Manufacturer Title

BRASELTON, Ga. (October 3, 2026) – For the second consecutive year, Chevrolet captured the GTD PRO Manufacturer title in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship when the checkered flag fell on Saturday’s 10-hour Petit Le Mans.

The No. 74 DragonSpeed Chevrolet Corvette Z06 GT3.R of Giacomo Altoé, Casper Stevenson and Sebastien Bourdais placed sixth in class at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta as Chevrolet successfully defended its GTD PRO crown.

Saturday marked Chevrolet’s 16th GT-class manufacturer championship since Corvette Racing began in 1999. Chevrolet has now won six GTD PRO/GT Le Mans (GTLM) Manufacturer titles in IMSA since 2014 – more than any other automotive make. It also marked the fourth Manufacturer Championship with the eighth-generation mid-engine Corvette.

In addition to the No. 74 DragonSpeed Corvette, Corvette Racing by Pratt Miller Motorsports’ two Corvettes finished the race eighth and 12th in GTD PRO on Saturday.

Chevrolet will begin its bid for a third GTD PRO title at the 2027 Rolex 24 At Daytona on January 30-31.
