The Corvette Marketplace is getting to be more interesting now that the country has been saturated in new C8 Stingrays, and dealers today are working harder than ever to move their dealer stock inventories. All that means is that Corvette buyers have more choices than ever when deciding to purchase a new Corvette, and so we’re excited to check out the latest dealer sales figures by America’s Top 10 Corvette Dealers.

We’re nearly at the halfway point for the year, and things are getting interesting. MacMulkin Corvette has a nearly 300 car lead with 791 deliveries versus Ciocca Corvette and their 507 deliveries. The top five is further rounded out by Mike Furman/Criswell Chevy, Bomnin Dadeland, and Les Stanford in Dearborn, Michigan.

The real action is with the bottom four dealers. Since our last update at the end of 1st quarter, Classic Chevrolet in Grapevine, Texas has now leapfrogged into 7th place, followed by Rick Conti/Coughlin, Stonebriar, and Bomnin West Kendall. Two months ago, Classic was 9th followed by Stonebriar at 10th.

If you missed the C8 Corvette production report we did for May, Chevrolet built 4,087 new Corvettes during the month and 2,785 of those were Stingrays. As many dealers have cleared their lists, Corvette Stingray buyers have a ton of choices to either custom order a Corvette or buy an available unit out of inventory for even more savings. Like we said, things are getting interesting in the Corvette Marketplace!

That does it for this report. During the first week of July we are expecting the 2nd Quarter sales figures from General Motors so stay tuned for those.

  1. My local Dealership is selling about 20 Stingrays for $5,000 UNDER MSRP, but the Z-06s are still $10,000-$20,000 over MSRP. I have my E-Ray order in but NO Build week yet. I signed the order for MSRP & NOT A DIME OVER. The Dealer gets $999.00 Dealer Fees, PLUS whatever they can screw you out of. THIS WHOLE C8 ROLL OUT, has been a TOATL DISASTER, but G.M. is in for a very RUDE AWAKENING, SOON, with stock piling up at the 1,000s of Dealership in America & Canada!!

  2. Bob, I agree with your Over Sticker delivered Vetts. I happen to be on the MSRP list now for Over 4 years with Dealer #3. Needless to say this is dumb of me.
Let’s see how many Dealers read your comments? I’m still a buyer of a New C8 convert, Z06 with Z07 Red Mist, all visible Carbon Fiber(except wheels), and Natural Dipped 3LZ, plus others? And a ZR1 when available. [email protected]

  3. Just like real estate prices are way too high and need a major correction. The party of free money is over.

  4. Econ 101, when supply exceeds demand…4th year of production of a luxury item, not a necessity.
