Our friends at the Saint Bernard Catholic Church in Rockport, IN will be holding their annual Summer Social event at 3:00 PM CDT on August 16th and that’s when the winning raffle ticket will be drawn for the 1967 Corvette Sting Ray Convertible as well as two cash prizes of $500 and $1,000. The 38th Annual Classic Corvette Raffle benefiting St. Bernard is a true raffle with a maximum of 18,000 tickets offered. Tickets for the raffle start at $30 each or you can get four (4) for $100. Due to state laws, tickets can only be purchased by calling the Corvette Raffle hotline at 812-649-9113 or send the Order Form with your payment information by email to [email protected] to be entered in time for the Summer Social drawing. They will also be taking credit card payments for in-person ticket purchases at the Summer Social before the Grand Prize drawing.

The Corvette Grand Prize is a pretty special car with its one-year-only rare color combo of Elkhart Lake Blue with a Teal Blue Interior and White Convertible soft top. The roadster gets its power from the numbers matching L79 327/350-hp V8 engine and a four-speed manual transmission. We love the vintage look with the bolt-on wheels, red line tires and the side exhaust. Other options include power steering, power brakes, and power windows along with an AM/FM radio.

The annual Classic Corvette giveaway is now in its 38th year and it’s an all-volunteer effort by the local parishioners that makes this fundraiser so unique. The Classic Corvette Raffle provides much needed funds for the Church’s school and daycare programs in Rockport. Your Corvette raffle ticket purchase will help the kids of Saint Bernard school with funds for school operations, activities, and more.
