If you ever wanted to be James Bond, here’s the car for you.

Unfortunately, to really feel like the legendary secret agent, you’ll need deep pockets as this reskinned C8 Corvette done by Ferris Rezvani and company costs a whopping $485,000.

For that kind of hyper-money, at least you do have the privilege of knowing there will only be 19 other such cars in the world, if that sort of thing is important to you.

Known as the Rezvani Beast, the car is basically a mid-engine C8 on steroids, and everyone knows that steroids don’t always do such wonderful things to users. In this case, we personally have mixed emotions about the overall look of the car. We dig the sculpted lines on the doors that help make the proportions better than a C8, and the new rear end with the stacked exhausts on each side is cool, too, though we do believe the blacked-out portion back there makes it look similar to a Toyota Supra. Likewise, we’re not crazy about the big-mouth front end (a la the 2019 Camaro) nor the thick black lines on each side of the glass panel that exposes the engine to spectators. Inside, the car retains a lot of the original Corvette look, though a yoke steering wheel and bespoke upholstery do up the ante. The Great Wall of Buttons has also been torn down on the center console, and we definitely miss them and hope GM’s rumored changes for the ’25 look better than this!

The Beast retains the Corvette’s 6.2-liter V8 engine, but thanks to a couple of turbochargers and other modifications, it now more than doubles the stock output to 1,000 horses in “Beast Mode” while rolling off impressive times of 9.6 seconds in the quarter-mile and 2.5 seconds from 0 to 60.

The lightweight carbon fiber body made with special high-temperature resins that are used in the latest generation of U.S. fighter jets like the F-35 shaves the car’s weight to just 2,980 pounds.

If all that “standard” stuff doesn’t impress you enough, how about a couple of special option packages? The $55,000 Bullet Proof Package includes bulletproof glass and body panels, and the secret agent treatment increases even more with the $45,000 “007” Package that adds strobe lights, sirens and horns, intercom, first aid and hypothermia kit, run-flat tires, gas masks, and thermal night vision system. You might want to check with your local authorities about the other additions in the 007 Package, things like a pepper spray dispenser, smoke screen, electrified door handles, “blinding lights,” EMP pulse protection (what’s that?), magnetic deadbolts, and explosive device detection.

Says Rezvani, “We are all kids at heart and we grew up watching Knight Rider and James Bond so we had to offer these same features in a real car.”

Configure yours on the Rezvani website, and be sure to let us know when you pick up your own Beast so we can do an updated feature story on it!

  1. I don’t think it looks too bad in the first pic. To me the front end is reminiscent of the Ferrari SF90 and that’s not a bad thing. I don’t like the steering wheel and the center console has an unfinished look with the missing wall of buttons.

  2. In this same post the anticipated ZR1 is projected to put out 800-850 HP turbocharged with the expensive 5.5.
This car with the mass produced, much less expensive 6.2 turbocharged 1000HP makes me wonder why Chevy doesn’t go with a twin Turbo 6.2.

  3. I do like the styling, especially the tail end. But at what point, does a car cease to be a Corvette?
