[SPIED] 2023 Corvette Z06 with Roof-Mounted Bike Leaves One Question Unanswered

Here’s a short video from Cars of Ohio that captures a pre-production 2023 Corvette Z06 on the highway and it has a bike mounted on the roof. Chevrolet does offer an approved bicycle carrier from SeaSucker and it does appear this is the same system which uses vacuum-mounted suction cups to hold the bike in place.

So the question unanswered is where is the bike’s front wheel? With only one bike on the roof, my guess is on the passenger seat. Would a bicycle tire fit in the rear trunk? Let me know if you have ever tried!

Question Answered!
In this review of the C8 Corvette Stingray from HotCars that went live today, he actually attempts to fit a bicycle tire in both the frunk and rear trunk and here are those results:

  1. I guess most of the people who commit here are, well, special. We Californians LOVE our exercise. And what is a better way to mountain bike than showing up in a Vette. Thats a baller move!!
Not only does he have an amazing bike but amazing car. Not like all the trucks are bad that I see at the bike parks. Just they aint no C8 Vette.
People tend to forget that this younger generation is what WILL save GM. These racks and using it other than an golf cart is a very smart business move. Most of the people I know who can afford one, are hikers, MTBers, and other sports type people. Which is awesome!! The previous age of a vette owner was 50+ like me. Empty nesters and so forth. But, they created a great supercar at STELLAR cost! So my IT friends, business managers and Devs all are looking for answers for their adrenaline sports and the C8.
Good for GM for making things like this and getting the free thinkers and people who dont start their day with 800mg Motrin & other pain killers.
Side note–Why does so many treat their cars like garage queens? I have a elder gent who has his C7 in the driveway under a car cover. I never see it move? Just crazy waist of money but his money. I burn through 2 rear sets of tires a year on my 16 ATSV as I drive the local twistys HARD!!!
