General Motors is adding another export market to its growing list of countries that will be selling its C8 Corvette with ordering now available in Switzerland. Now, fans of Corvette in the country of Louis Chevrolet’s birthplace can order their own C8 Corvette with a Swiss Edition marketed exclusively to them.

Like previous launch editions we’ve seen rolled out in countries elsewhere, the C8 Corvette Stingray’s Swiss Edition is available in either Coupe or Convertible body styles with Black, Torch Red, and Amplify Orange exteriors available for the Coupe while the Convertible will be offered in Arctic White, Hypersonic Gray, and Rapid Blue. Standard equipment on the Swiss Editions includes the Z51 Performance Package, Magnetic Selective Ride Control, Front Lift, and five-spoke Trident aluminum wheels in Spectra Gray.

Inside the car you’ll find GT2 seats as standard as well as the HUD, Performance Data Recorder, and the 14-speaker Bose Performance Audio System.

Swiss customers can place a refundable deposit of CHF 2,000 to reserve their vehicles at Chevrolet.ch. The Coupes price is CHF 119,300 while Convertibles start at CHF 126,700.

Chevrolet says the ordering period for the Swiss Edition C8 Corvette will conclude in the spring and the first cars will be delivered shortly after. Customers can have their new C8 Corvettes delivered to their home, workplace or other address in Switzerland for a fee. Buyers can also take delivery of the Swiss Editions at the first mobile Chevrolet and Cadillac showroom in Europe at the Volkiland shopping center in Volketswil in the Zurich Oberland.

  1. Why do the Swiss and other export market get cars when those of us in the USA cannot get a car? A money grab I would surmise…..

  2. Umm… literally tons of people in the US have one already… not sure if it was your expectation but clearly not gonna wait until every US order is fulfilled before opening to other markets. Be realistic.
