Corvette Delivery Dispatch with National Corvette Seller Mike Furman for Nov. 21st

Criswell Chevrolet’s Mike Furman delivers new Corvettes to his customers who come from all across the country to work with the nation’s top individual Corvette seller.

Mike offers up his latest new C8 Corvette deliveries with a bit of background on the customer as well as the equipment that was ordered on their cars. "I’m busier than a long tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs" Understatement? Wish I had a time-lapse to share of my office, pick a day, any day. Ask anyone that visits me at Criswell Chevrolet. But I feel fortunate as the 8th generation Corvette has lived up to the mid engine hype. I thank Zora and his dream along with GM/Corvette team coming through and building the mid engine Corvette and I thank the Konner family Auto Group for whom I worked for so many decades ago. ~Larry M. of Granite Bay, California special ordered his Red Mist 2022 Corvette coupe and this is not Larry’s first go round with Corvette ownership. I had it drop shipped for courtesy delivery at a Chevrolet dealer near his home in California. Check out his email.. .

This vehicle is truly a tribute to and example of American engineering and manufacturing excellance. I saw my first Corvette when I was 13 or 14 years old. It was on a turntable at a fair in Illinois. It was a C1, ,probably one of the 300 built for the 1953 model year. ( or a prototype example) Since then I have had three C2s, one C5, two C6s and now one C8. I currently have one C2,one C6 and my C8. Yes I am a Corvette nut! Mike, thank you again for making my C8 a reality…at times it seems like a dream that it is here. I knew I could count on you!”

~Matt K. of Apex, North Carolina factory ordered a Black 2022 Corvette Z51 coupe with Black interior, 2LT pkg and much more. We completed the paperwork/payment process via Fed Ex and last week (Sunday) I had Plycar trucking load his Corvette to bring to his home in North Carolina.

~John G. of Marco Island, Florida ordered a Ceramic Matrix Gray 2022 Corvette Coupe with Adrenaline Red interior, transparent roof, bright red calipers, performance exhaust, low rear spoiler and much more. We completed the paperwork/payment process via Fed Ex and last week (Sunday) I had Plycar trucking load up his corvette for the 1300 mile trip to his Marco Island, FL home.

~George and Sandy V. of Sherrills Ford, North Carolina chose to take delivery at the National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, KY and they had the red carpet rolled out for their special day. They ordered a Ceramic Matrix gray with Morello dipped interior 2022 Corvette Z51 coupe and its fully loaded checking off most every option box.

~Gilbert and Angela R. of Chicago, Illinois flew in Monday morning so that they could drive home their 2nd Corvette that they have owned. They recently had in their garage an Electron Blue Stick Shift 2002 Corvette that was part of the family since 2005. Last Monday is a whole ‘nother story as they took delivery of an Elkhart Lake Blue 2022 Corvette Z51 coupe. Equipment list: 2LT pkg, GT2 seats, Z51, Tension blue seat belts, front lift, magnetic ride, bright red calipers, spectra gray wheels and much more. Two of the nicest folks are headed back to Chicago so give them a big Corvette wave!

~Dino D. of Chino, California factory ordered his Black 2022 Corvette Coupe with Natural interior and I had it drop shipped for courtesy delivery at his local Chevrolet dealer in Chino, California. Equipment list: 3LT pkg, front lift, CF instrument panel, magnetic ride, bright red calipers, performance exhaust, CF painted wheels, torch red seat belts and much more. Dino is one of the nicest guys and deserving of his new Corvette as his retirement gift. He worked hard and long for it and I couldn’t be happier for him. Much respect

~Paula C. of Colleyville, Texas ordered her new Hypersonic Gray 2022 Corvette Z51 convertible to be prepped by Criswell Service dept before getting on a PlyCar truck to her Texas home. All the paperwork has been completed via Fed Ex and the Corvette will ship out this weekend.(Today)

~Derrick D. of Rosharon, Texas ordered from me an Elkhart Lake Blue 2022 Corvette Z51 convertible with two tone Sky cool gray/ Black interior and GT2 buckets. Criswell Service did the prep work, Fed Ex handled the paper flow and this weekend Plycar trucking will load the Corvette for the trip to Texas.(Today)

~ Jeff B. of Grass Valley, California placed his corvette order with me and picked it up this past week at the National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, KY. Jeff ordered a Red Mist 2022 Corvette Convt equipped with Natural dipped interior, 3LT pkg, front lift, magnetic ride, performance exhaust, spectra gray wheels and much more.

~Jay K. of McLean, Virginia placed his order for a Ceramic Matrix Gray metallic 2022 Corvette Coupe with 3LT pkg, Tension Blue/ Twilight Blue dipped interior, yellow calipers and CF black wheels. Yesterday was delivery day and he left with a perma grin.

~James H. of Spartanburg, South Carolina hopped on a flight yesterday morning so that he could take delivery of his special order Hypersonic Gray 2022 Corvette Coupe. Jamie has owned 4 Porsche’s and 2 other Corvettes, 1972 and 1985…and now he owns a C8! I am sure it will be a quick 500 mile trip to his SC home. His first time he viewed this color in person was yesterday morning at 8:30am! He chose wisely. Class act all the way, glad we got to meet.

~Tim T. of East Setauket, NY(Long Island) has been buying Corvettes(12+) trucks (approx 60) and family vehicles (approx 10) from me since Winter 2009! This past week he took delivery of a Silver 6500 medium duty Diesel 2021 Silverado 4wd reg cab. We have great commercial truck mgrs here at Criswell Chevrolet. Big shout out to Clayton and Tony for all their managerial assistance to get Tim this truck before year end.
