Criswell Chevrolet’s Mike Furman delivers new Corvettes to his customers who come from all across the country to work with the nation’s top individual Corvette seller.

After a two-week hiatus due to weekend travel, Mike’s delivery dispatch is back and we got a ton of deliveries to share! Check out all the great-looking 2022 coupes and convertibles being picked up by happy customers at the Maryland dealership, the National Corvette Museum, and even direct to driveaway with covered shipping. In addition to brand new C8 Corvettes, Mike has a great collection of vintage and throwback photos so make sure you loosen up those scrolling fingers before diving into this week’s update. ~To say it’s busy times in the Corvette world is an understatement. Many folks ask is this the busiest of all generations? The internet helps tenfold clearly and Yes it is! In the past month I traveled from Maryland to Nevada to host 54 of my customers at Spring Mountain RaceTrack and back to Maryland. Then going across the country again I attended the Z06 reveal in LA, California…then went to Pittsburgh as our daughter got her PHD from Carnegie Melon and last week the same daughter got married. I was on "vacation" or is it sta-cation last week and still delivered 15-20 Corvettes. Speaking of Spring Mountain racetrack in Pahrump, Nevada…I will be back out there April 2nd-8th, 2022 and will fill up three classes (54). So call the sales staff at Spring Mountain and join me in Nevada.

Tom Cruise follows my Corvette Furman blogs on Facebook and Instagram. Who knew! I guess because I wrestled him in high school.

~Couple weeks ago at the Z06 reveal in LA, California I started chatting with a husband/wife about Corvettes, what else? James is 6ft 8 inches tall and truly questioned whether he would fit in a Corvette so I asked where they lived and their answer was Maryland. So we are 3,000 miles away and we meet up at the Petersen Museum so I invited him out to Criswell this morning at 8am to see if he could fit his 6ft 8 inch body into the drivers seat of my 2021 Corvette Convertible… the answer is Yes! James was thrilled to find a sports car he could fit in and buy! Not buying my car, he wants a Z06 convertible like the rest of the world.

~Doug M. of Fernandina Beach, Florida placed his order for a Rapid Blue 2022 Corvette coupe with Sky Cool Gray interior and CF black wheels. Doug moved from Northern VA to Florida recently and he was a Fox News reporter for many years as he was The White House correspondent. Since the day we met we just talked Corvettes, his last sports car was a stick shift Porsche from the 2006 era. Doug was excited to be a first time Corvette owner and is looking forward to driving the 1,200 miles South to his new Florida home.

~Jeff and Chris J. of Longboat Key, Florida factory ordered their Elkhart Lake Blue 2022 Corvette Z51 Convt and drove to their other home in Annapolis, MD today. Jeff graduated from the Naval Academy and knew I wrestled at U of Maryland so he brought me an autographed shirt from their head wrestling coach, Cary Kolat…back in the 2001 time frame I ran into him on the beach in Cape May and took a picture of my son next to him. Cary was in the 2000 Olympics and was one of the top ten Wrestlers of all time. Equipment list: Natural two tone interior, 3LT pkg, CF/Edge yellow stinger stripe, yellow calipers, CF painted Nacelles, front lift, CF instrument panel, magnetic ride, sterling silver wheels, z51 pkg and much more.

Ron S. of Easton, Pennsylvania factory ordered a Torch Red 2022 Corvette Convt with two tone Natural/black interior and today was the day he took delivery of his very first Corvette. Equipment list: GT2 buckets, 2LT pkg, front lift, magnetic ride, performance exhaust, low rear spoiler and much more.

~Jared and Steph of Hanover, Pennsylvania ordered their Red Mist 2022 Corvette Convt with Black/Red two tone interior and just took delivery this past week. Equipment list: 3LT pkg, front lift, edge red calipers, performance exhaust, CF painted wheels, torch red seat belts and much more.

~Lisa and Devon C. of San Antonio, Texas ordered their Rapid Blue 2022 Corvette coupe and I had it drop shipped for courtesy delivery to their local Chevrolet dealer in Selma, Texas. The sky cool gray interior looks great along with the shadow gray accents and CF painted wheels. Thrilled beyond belief to be driving their mid engine Corvette, I’m really happy for the both of them.

~ Jason S. Of Huntsville, Alabama can’t wait to have his new Rapid Blue 2022 Corvette coupe shipped to his Alabama home. Paperwork was completed via Fed Ex and I had it prepped for pickup. Equipment list: 1LT pkg, Stingray R pkg, sterling silver wheels, tension blue seat belts, and CF painter tall spoiler.

~Joseph B. of Orlando, Florida and his wife flew up last evening and this morning Pete the business manager picked them up at their hotel so that they could pick up their brand new Amplify Orange 2022 Corvette Convertible…promptly nicknamed “Sunny.” Equipment list: 2LT pkg, GT2 buckets, Black interior, magnetic ride, and low spoiler/front splitter. They were in and out swiftly for their drive back to Florida. Super nice folks driving “Sunny”

~David T. of Blacksburg, Virginia brought along his daughter Laurel to take delivery of his Red Mist 2022 Corvette coupe with Natural interior. Check out the low rear spoiler which is new for 2022. Incredibly happy with his entire order and left Criswell with a perma grin.

~Terrence and Carol C. of Glassboro, New Jersey drove away in their brand new Torch Red with two tone Red/black interior 2022 Corvette Z51 coupe and they felt they chose wisely with their color combo and options. They owned a 2021 corvette that they found on a lot so this Corvette is special to them. Exactly what they were seeking!

~Matt L. of Bowie, Maryland planned his factory order from start to finish and take a look at his final vision as he took delivery today and his family shared in the excitement. Matt chose Rapid Blue paint with two tone blue dipped interior for his 2022 Corvette Convertible. Check out the yellow seat belts with yellow calipers and Matt had the Criswell service department add his wheels and new exhaust among other items.

~Muhammad C. of Catonsville, Maryland factory ordered an Arctic White 2022 Corvette coupe and today was delivery day. His Father dropped him off and I’m sure he took the long way home in his new Stingray.

~William S. of West Deptford, New Jersey knew what he wanted for his 3rd Corvette and today he drove home his dream mid engine Corvette. William ordered a Hypersonic Gray with two tone red 2022 Corvette Z51 Convertible.

~John and Melaney C. Of Bensalem, Pennsylvania needed my help with putting their Corvette order together and they were thrilled with the outcome. They stayed overnight last night and came in this morning to take delivery of their Elkhart Lake Blue with two tone blue dipped interior 2022 Corvette Convt.

~ Paul L. of Naples, Florida waited patiently for his order and knew just what he was seeking when his allocation came up. We did all the paperwork via Fed Ex and today Plycar trucking loaded his Corvette for the 1300 mile trip South to Naples, FL. Paul will receive his Arctic white with Adrenaline Red/black 2022 Corvette Z51 Convt in a few days.

~Ralph Z. Of Auburn, Alabama factory ordered an Arctic White with Adrenaline Red interior 2022 Corvette coupe with 2LT pkg and front lift. We completed all the paperwork via Fed Ex and today Plycar loaded up the new Corvette in an enclosed truck for the red carpet ride to Ralph’s Alabama home. Here is what see what he had to say.
