The fastest ride at Walt Disney World just a little faster. Visitors to Disney’s Epcot theme park in Orlando will now have a 1,064 horsepower 2026 Corvette ZR1 waiting for them in the at the end of the popular Test Track attraction.
The Test Track ride, billed as “a celebration of humanity’s drive, smart roads with inductive charging, and future mobility inspired by the spirit of the classic World of Motion,” uses the same slot car technology as Disneyland’s Radiator Springs Racers to launch visitors on a high-speed indoor/outdoor roadway. While California’s Lightning McQueen-themed track tops out at 40 MPH, the Florida version reaches 65 MPH, making it the fastest ride in Disney’s current ride portfolio.
Through multiple iterations since its opening in March of 1999, the ride and surrounding “Transportation Pavilion” has been officially sponsored by General Motors. From 2012-2024 the ride shifted its focus to the Chevrolet marque, returning to the parent company with the opening of Test Track 3.0 in 2025. The “post show” of the attraction’s the current iteration, has departing guests walk through a General Motors vehicle showcase featuring the wares of Chevy, Cadillac, Buick, and GMC all set up auto show-style, complete with window stickers and informational boards.
The showcase’s newest display model is the pride of Bowling Green, and the greater American automotive manufacturing industry; the 2026 Corvette ZR1. The Epcot display ZR1 is a fully operational Blade Silver 3LZ coupe with nearly $28,000 in selected upgrades. The highlights of the comprehensive build include the ZTK Track Package, the asymmetrical Adrenaline Red interior, and the matching exterior stripe package.
Proudly displayed next to its $221,095 window sticker is a plaque flaunting the LT7 monster’s lap records at Roads America and Atlanta, The Glen, two configurations of VIR, and the ‘Ring. With a blistering top speed of 233 MPH, the ZR1 certainly makes the “Happiest Place on Earth” a much faster place, and, if used to bring back the “Mickyard” Speedway, would go a long way toward convincing these bloggers to make the pilgrimage, even at $200 a day!

You can have it, hours in line, too many people, 3 minute “Ride”, for how much? HaHaHa, I’d pay not to have to go there.
World of Motion was 10x the ride that Test Track is. Test Track makes Dodge’s Fast & Furious branding look tame.
They will rainbow 🌈 wrap the car for the mandatory Disney theme.
