Do you want a heavily discounted 2024 Corvette E-Ray and aren’t necessarily concerned with the odometer reading?
Then you might want to take a look at this hybrid Corvette hardtop convertible that is being offered by a Midwest dealer for $84,900 – a little more than a dollar per mile on the odometer reading of 79,978 miles.
Lauterbach Buick-GMC in Newton, Iowa says this one-owner E-Ray was purchased directly from General Motors and appears to have been a performance evaluation vehicle. “While the miles are accurate, it looks to have either been driven on a closed circuit or dyno,” he adds.
But despite having nearly 80,000 miles showing, the seller says it looks like a low-mileage car – “not perfect, but close.”
It would be hard to argue with that assessment, based on the multiple photos with the listing, as it’s hard to find many nits to pick on its overall appearance inside and out without in-person assessment.
Furthermore, this Arctic White over Adrenaline Red interior example is nicely equipped with the 2LZ package that includes the most popular options like head-up display, heated and ventilated seats, HD front and rear vision cameras, navigation, power roof, upgraded 14-speaker Bose stereo, and much more.
Also included on the long list of features are carbon flash nacelles, body-color moldings, 8-way power seats, rear cross traffic alert, side blind zone alert, heated steering wheel – but unfortunately, no front lift. You can see the full list of options here on the E-Ray’s window sticker.
Of course, the powertrain that includes a 495-horsepower LT2 gasoline engine coupled with a 160-horsepower electric motor for a total of 655 horsepower is the real star of the show.
Considering that the list price of the 2LZ convertible version, with no other options, is $119,095, the asking price represents a big-time discount of at least $34,195. Of course, considering the high mileage will always follow this car, it might not turn out to be as much of a bargain as you might think.

A test vehicle with 80k miles on it. It might have really been subject to a ton of abuse. Love to see the service records on this. No warranty, No deal in my book! Just buy a 2024-2025 with no miles on it for 10%+ off MSRP and a full warranty.
