[VIDEO] Savage Geese Profiles the C7 Corvette Z06

The Savage Geese YouTube Channel well known for their in-depth and well-researched reviews of the C8 Corvettes. We’ve been followers ever since 2020 when they first profiled the C8 Corvette Stingray. Since that first video, they went behind the scenes of C8 production for the Z06, and also took a closer look at the electrifying performance-hybrid E-Ray. The most recent Savage Geese review features the new 2025 ZR1 as the duo takes the deepest of dives into America’s newest hypercar.

Mark and Jack are back with another performance icon, the C7 Corvette Z06. The first supercharged Z06 Corvette offered an amazing 650 hp and 650 lb-ft of torque and it was faster at the track than the previous C6 ZR1. As a first for the modern-day Z06s, customers could option it as either a Coupe or Convertible, as well as selecting an 8-speed auto versus the 7-speed manual transmission.

The C8 and C7 Corvette Z06

In this video, the Savage Geese take a closer look at the C7Z’s design, performance, and engineering of the powerful LT4 engine. We also hear from engineers who worked on the what was then the most powerful front-engined Z06 produced. In addition to the technical breakdown, they also take a look at the marketplace and what these amazing sports cars are currently selling for.
