The Michelin NCM Bash may be over, but we’ve still got some more info to share. With this post, we are taking a closer look at the interior changes for the 2025 Corvette.
For 2025, Chevrolet is introducing a new premium interior only available for 3LT/3LZ trim packages. The color is called Habanero, and it’s a two-tone Black/Orange design. The team showed just a quick picture of it, and the only photo we have of it as it was displayed on the big screen, so we’re withholding judgement until its seen on a real car. We had asked a senior Corvette Team member about the Orange and was told “it slaps you in the face.” Looks like the spicey Habanero will live up to its name.
The Corvette Team shows the interior with the Competition Sport Seats, and those of you who have them know that generally the color layout is reserved with the GT2 seats. So, the question is whether the GT2 seats will have the black seating surfaces, or will they be Orange with Black bolsters. There’s still a lot of unanswered questions with the upcoming new model year.
While Habanero will only be for the upper-level trim packages, this next item will be standard on all trim packages. The Corvette’s steering wheel will now have a leather airbag cover. Previous lower trim versions were made from vinyl. Leather just really sets the tone for the quality of the interior, and so we’re glad to see it right there on the steering wheel where it will always be in your grasp. The new steering wheel was shown in the photo above on the 2025 VIN 001 Corvette E-Ray.
And finally, you’ll be able to order a Jet Black interior with Blue Stitching. This is only available with 3LT/3LZ Jet Black interiors. This will look great on any of the Blue exterior Corvettes, and it’s a nice touch for those who don’t want to commit to the full two-tone Blue interior. Currently, Chevy offers Yellow and Red stitching for an additional $495, so the new Blue adds a third custom stitch item for your interior.
That pretty much concludes the interior changes for 2025 Corvettes, but now let me take a minute to speculate on the Habanero Orange interior for just a second. The exterior color we will probably see this paired with is the new Sebring Orange, and with the coming of the C8 Corvette ZR1, could it be that we’ll see another Sebring Orange Design Package for the new supercar featuring the two-tone Habanero interior? Your guess is as good as mine, but I’m liking the idea of another special design package for the ZR1. What do you think, Corvette Nation?

Unless the Orange in the Habanero interior looks better and brighter than in the picture, it’s not exactly going to slap you in the face.
I think the Habanero interior would go well with Cacti exterior especially if you can get it with Orange seat belts & order Orange calipers also!!!!!
This is GM we’re talking about. They thought colors like Caffeine and Cacti would slap. Don’t hold out hope that Habanero will look great.
Still haven’t gotten a good look at a Caffeine C8 in real life. Saw one pull into a dealership parking lot that was hosting a show put on by a local Corvette club, but for some reason the driver never stopped, just circled through the lot and left. Wanted to see for myself how it looked in the sunlight.
We need an amazing Deep purple like Stradmans cars but not matte, high gloss with tons of metal flake. Here is 10 sweet purple cars I found and the 1st and last are my fav.

The new interior color will pair nicely with the copper they have. Wait, they dont have a copper.
I tried to order the Mystic Blue but the dealership refused to order it and made me buy off the lot.
If GM had this many colors and paint to sample would be amazing.
