Corvette Delivery Dispatch with National Corvette Seller Mike Furman for Feb 12th

Criswell Chevrolet’s Mike Furman delivers new Corvettes to his customers who come from all across the country to work with the nation’s top individual Corvette seller.

Another busy week for the national Corvette seller as he dishes out Corvette dreams on a daily basis. -Yesterday I received a phone call from Don L. of Reston,Virginia and he proceeds to tell me that he worked with my wife over 30 years ago! He then says that he just bought a 2013 427 Convertible from a Pompano Beach, Florida customer(JD) of mine and it’s sequential build number is 20 from the end as it’s vin ends in 2530. He follows my deliveries on the internet so he was intrigued when this particular 427 Convt became available. I sent him some GM info on his special Corvette via email. He also knew that my last 5 truckloads of 6th generation Corvettes were almost all 60th Anniversary editions as he had the first picture I posted. Now here is the back story. December 15th 2012 at 10pm at night I receive a call from Mr Criswell and he asks my opinion on C6 allocations and how many should we take? I said every one possible because we will sell them all and it will earn us C7 allocations in the Summer/Fall of 2013 for the all new 2014 body style. So we had 92 in stock on Dec 15th in the middle of Winter in the Northeast and GM has told us we could possibly get 100 allocations that had to be ordered within that week. I show up for work the next day and ask Mr Criswell how many allocations did he take after our previous nights discussion? He said 159! So that meant come March 1st we would have over 200 + new Corvettes on the ground. I sold them out within 5 months and the rest is history. *For those of you keeping track…225 + new Corvettes at an average of $75,000+/- = around $17 million in on the ground Corvette inventory March 1st 2013!

~Weekly C8 Corvette Deliveries

~Mike M. of Alpine, California had me order his new Hypersonic Gray 2023 Corvette coupe and I had it drop shipped for courtesy delivery at his local Chevrolet dealership in Ventura, California. To round out his order he got performance exhaust, 1LT pkg and carbon flash metallic mirrors.

~Angelitto P. of Somerset, Pennsylvania has owned 4 other Corvettes, 1957,1964,1967,1978 before switching to Porsche. He drove a customer of mine’s C8 and he immediately called me to get in line. Today he and his wife drove home in their Hypersonic gray/Adrenaline red 2023 Corvette convertible. They both were thrilled at first sight and I said just wait until you drive it!

~Ron T. of Casa Grande, Arizona ordered from me a Torch Red/Adrenaline Red 2023 Corvette Convertible and yesterday he took delivery at the National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, KY. Equipment list: 2LT pkg, GT2 seats, body color accents, magnetic red, chrome badges, bright red calipers, performance exhaust, and red seat belts. The photos are now supplied to me by Fotofx, a company that has been working within the Museum for the past 10+ years and now they have pkgs available for a truly special experience to be captured digitally. I recommend their process the next time you take delivery at the Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, KY!

~Fred L. of Monroe Township, New Jersey was referred to me by his neighbor Jerry F. Jerry has bought a few Corvettes from me and sends me referrals all the time from the NY/NJ area. Fred ordered a Hypersonic gray 2023 Corvette convertible with Sky cool gray interior. Today was delivery day and the weather was perfect. Equipment list: 2LT pkg, front lift, bright red calipers, machined face wheels, low spoiler and much more.

~Chris W. of Oxon Hill, Maryland factory ordered his very first Corvette and today was delivery day. Chris had aftermarket wheels installed by the service department and his dream car came out exactly as he was seeking. Equipment list for Chris’s new Arctic White 2023 Corvette Convertible: 2LT pkg, Sky cool gray/black two tone interior, GT2 bucket seats, magnetic ride, performance exhaust, dark stealth badges, low rear spoiler and much more.

~Plycar trucking…moments away from loading up this sold factory order. Final destination is Saratoga Springs, UTAH! It’s 54 degrees and sunny in Gaithersburg, MD . Next stop, the driveway of Parker N.

~Isael M. of Kissimmee, Florida flew up last night with his son Sam to take delivery today of his very first Corvette, a Torch Red 2023 Corvette coupe with Natural interior. Equipment list: 2LT pkg, front lift, low rear spoiler and CF painted mirrors/Spoiler. They are looking forward to the ride South to Kissimmee, Florida.

~Francis V. of Clifton, Virginia factory ordered from me his very first Corvette and he spec’d it out really well. His Father bought his Corvettes from me and today was delivery day of Frances’s Ceramic Matrix Gray 2023 Corvette Convt and the Sky cool gray interior with Sterling silver dual stripes looks incredible!

~Jack M. of Brick, New Jersey had been best friends with my older brother 40+ years until my brother passed 12 years ago. So Jack has been like a brother to me for many decades, since I was in high school! Today he drove down from Brick, NJ with his son Robert to take delivery of a new 2023 Blazer AWD red line edition. Jack has owned several Corvettes over the past 5 decades and has been on my list for a C8, one of these days he will be ready to pull the trigger.
