Set your calendars and DVRs for Barrett-Jackson on Saturday, January 29th as Chevrolet will be following their tradition of offering the very first retail version of their latest Corvette model with the proceeds going to charity.

This year, it’s the all-new 670-hp 2023 Corvette Z06 that will be going under the hammer at the Scottsdale auction and 100% of the proceeds will be going to benefit Operation Homefront, a non-profit organization that supports military families with a host of recurring family support programs throughout the year.

General Motors usually shows its top-of-the-line version for its charity auctions and this year is no different. Pictures for the auction show an Accelerate Yellow C8 Corvette Z06 with the Z07 performance package, visible Carbon Fiber wheels, and the 3LZ trim group.

Many Corvette enthusiasts may already believe the winner of the Z06 is a forgone conclusion, and while Mr. Hendrick preferred color of Black will certainly look fantastic on the new C8Z, the eventual winner will have his or her choices of 12 exterior colors, seven interior colors, and seven different wheel packages to create a sports car as unique as they are.

Lot #3009 – The first retail production 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 puts the world on notice, with its striking appearance, sound and tactile feel. The new American supercar is set apart by its beating heart – the all-new 5.5-liter LT6, the highest-horsepower, naturally aspirated V8 to hit the market in any production car, ever. An all-new flat-plane crankshaft design entices drivers to push the tachometer to a lofty 8,600 rpm, creating 670hp.

Almost every exterior detail unique to the Z06 serves a purpose for aerodynamics, handling or cooling, with styling cues that accentuate the car’s sense of motion. Designers pulled out the fenders to accommodate larger wheels and air intakes, giving the Corvette Z06 a wider, lower appearance further emphasized by a unique rear fascia that also features centered floating exhaust bezels. This floating design was key to the precise tuning in the exhaust note. In the driver-focused cockpit, premium materials are complemented by available carbon-fiber trim that expresses the car’s lightweight, track-focused mantra.

Unique features include an available carbon-fiber-wrapped steering wheel and the all-new, fully trimmed interior available in Adrenaline Red. With 12 available exterior colors and seven interior colors (with the opportunity to create thousands of combinations) and seven available wheel packages, the 2023 Corvette Z06 is the most bespoke Corvette yet. The 2023 Corvette Z06 will be seen, heard and experienced around the globe when production begins in the summer of 2022.

**100% OF HAMMER PRICE TO BENEFIT OPERATION HOMEFRONT** **WILL BE SOLD AT APPROXIMATELY 8:30 P.M. MT ON SATURDAY, JANUARY 29, 2022**
