[VIDEO] Here is What the Corvette Engineers Drove to Corvettes at Carlisle

Our good friend Mike from the Brink of Speed YouTube channel hits the VIP parking lot at Corvettes at Carlisle to view all the Corvette Grand Sports and Grand Sport Xs that were drive to the show by the Corvette engineers.

From Brink of Speed via YouTube:

This year at Corvettes at Carlisle, I found something I look forward to tracking down every single year… the hidden fleet of Corvettes driven to the event by GM engineers!

And for 2026, they brought an absolutely incredible collection of 2027 C8 Grand Sports and Grand Sport Xs.

Hidden away from the main display was a massive lineup featuring nearly every available exterior color, tons of different interior combinations, wheel choices, brake setups, options and configurations. There were around a dozen Grand Sport Xs alone, giving us a rare opportunity to see these cars configured in ways you normally wouldn’t get to compare side-by-side.

And there were a few BIG surprises mixed into the group!

If I were to trade my ’24 Z51 for a new GS, I would probably stick with the blue/red/white color scheme. But, I’m liking that Pitch Gray, too. Decisions, decisions…
