Corvette Delivery Dispatch with National Corvette Seller Mike Furman for July 14th

Each week, Criswell Chevrolet’s Mike Furman delivers new Corvette Stingrays, Grand Sports, Z06s and ZR1s to his customers who come from all parts of the country to work with the nation’s top individual Corvette seller.

It’s a very busy couple of weeks coming up as Mike will be heading to the C8 Corvette reveal later this week, and then he’s hosting three classes of customers at the Ron Fellows Performance Driving School. But before he heads out the door, he shared another great Delivery Dispatch today so check out the happy customers with their new Corvettes! ~The week we have all been waiting for…Wednesday I fly to Southern California to view Zora’s dream become reality on Thursday eve. I am sure GM has quite the show ready as the 8th Generation is 60 years of Corvette concept cars coming to fruition. We all must keep an open mind until you see, touch, feel and yes drive this new generation Corvette. I have been involved in 5 Corvette Generation changes so I am used to opinions flying all over the place at first…the one constant is that after a short time the majority of opinions all come back similar, the Corvette World…the Sports Car World for that matter will enjoy this Corvette from every angle and then some. Now, the C7 will be very hard to beat as I believe it’s a wonderful driving experience in any condition on or off the track. I’ve owned 4 C7’s and I am currently driving a 2019 Corvette as my everyday car, only the 4th of 19 Corvettes that I’ve owned where I’ve had the pleasure of using it in all types of weather/conditions. Time will tell and the clock is ticking towards the C8 reveal.

*After the reveal (July 19th-23rd) I fly to Ron Fellows Spring Mountain Race Track in Pahrump, Nevada where I will meet up with 50+ of my Corvette customers from all over the USA. 3 different Corvette Owner schools converging for Fun in the Sun. You have one year from when you first purchased your new Corvette to take advantage of a great deal to learn from Pro drivers at the Spring Mountain Race Course.

*August 21st-24th I will be attending Corvettes at Carlisle. I will be at the Spring Mountain Race Track Tent right on the Midway infield just next to the Chevrolet Corvette Racing area and GM’s tent which will most likely have quite the display this year.

~This weeks deliveries…

~Ron F. of Odenton, MD had heard of me over the last decade and he gave me a call when it was time to order his Torch Red 2019 Grand Sport Convt. I helped him with the finer points so this Corvette was optioned just as he was seeking. Equipment list: Carbon flash dual racing stripes, 7 spd manual transmission, red calipers, black wheels, 2LT Pkg, red/black two-tone seats, and Black top. This week his wife and daughter dropped him off so that he could take delivery of his third Corvette. The others were a 1967 and 2007. Ron wrote me an email a few days after delivery and he is thrilled with his choices!

~Bill G. Of Palm Coast, Florida was on the hunt for his 20th Corvette and he knew his window for a C7 GS Cpe was closing. He called me up as he follows me on the various forums and first asked for a sight unseen trade-in value. We then spec’d out an Arctic White 2019 Grand Sport with Black interior loaded just as he was seeking to replace his 2015 Z51. So the Factory order was placed 6 weeks ago, waited patiently and after it arrived we made an appt for this week to switch cars. Equipment list: Auto transmission, 2LT Pkg, visible CF roof panel, CF instrument panel, Red calipers, machine faced wheels, performance air intake, CF painted mirrors, navigation /PDR, and much more. Two of the nicest people set out for their thousand-mile trip home and I’m sure they can’t wait to share their new Grand Sport with their fellow Corvette club member friends.

~Bruce F. of East Hanover, NJ had family back in the day own two Chevrolet dealerships in New Jersey. I remember them well and when it came time for Bruce’s Shadow Gray Z06 Corvette Factory order he looked me up.
We did all the paperwork via Fed Ex and Plycar Trucking enclosed trailered his 650hp Corvette to his driveway. Equipment list: Auto trans, 198 Jet Black Interior with microfiber inserts and Red stitching, Red seatbelts, Competition Seats, Spectra gray machine grooved wheels and 3LZ Pkg. Paul wrote to me after getting the Z06 and is extremely happy!

~Tim P. of Charlotte, North Carolina has wanted a new Corvette for his entire life! We made a deal over the phone as he had found me thru the various blogs/forums. Thursday he boarded a morning flight up to Maryland and
we took a test drive. Then he signed and paid for his very first Corvette, a Shadow Gray 2019 Grandsport cpe with Kalahari Interior. I had Plycar Trucking ready to pick it up Friday morning and deliver it to Tim’s North Carolina driveway. Equipment list: Auto trans, Navigation/PDR, 2LT Pkg, battery maintainer, machine faced wheels and much more! Tim sent me a picture of his new Corvette in his driveway and he is enjoying his new ride to the fullest.

~Tom A. of Bellevue, Ohio had contacted me 18 mos ago about purchasing his dream Corvette, a 2019 ZR1 Convt. He recently took delivery off-site of this stunning Long Beach Red ZR1 Convt with Black top, Auto transmission and Chrome Wheels. Tom has a perma smile with his new drop-top ZR1.

~Ms. Marney S. of Long Island, NY contacted me over a year ago to place her order for a 2019 ZR1. She is about to take delivery off-site as the paperwork/payment procedure has been completed.
