Strategic Vision announced the winners of their 18th annual Total Quality Awards last week. Just like last year, the Chevrolet Corvette Coupe took best of show honors in the Premium Coupe category. The C6 also topped the Premium Convertible/Roadster division as well. For the first time in more than 10 years, domestic cars make up a majority of the Total Quality Award winners.

On the Saturday seminar at April 2013′s National Corvette Museum Bash, we got an update on all the happenings over at the Bowling Green Assembly Plant where the Chevrolet Corvette is built. Plant Manager Dave Tatman talks about closing out the C6 Corvette and preparing and building the C7 Corvette Stingray. He also talks about moving the Performance Build Center from Wixxom, MI to the BGAP.
Corvette enthusiasts have the chance to buy one rare C6 on eBay Motors right now.
Some lucky – and wealthy – person will be the owner of a Corvette C6RS Supercar when the bidding finally comes to a close on May 19.
Only seven of the cars have been produced, and the one up for sale is only the second one to be offered publicly for sale.
With the all-new 2014 Corvette Stingray due on the streets in just a few short months, Chevrolet apparently is targeting some pretty stiff competition.
MotorTrend.com is reporting that two Stingrays have been captured by KGP Photography cameras on the road with a Ferrari 458 Italia, an Audi R8 V10 convertible, a McLaren MP4-12C, and a Porsche 911 Carrera S.
Last week Chris from Callaway Cars tipped us off to a thread he started on the Corvette Forum where he shows off the most recent Callaway C16 to roll out of their shop. He says the Night Race Blue machine is all finished and ready to be shipped to its owner. We wish it was coming to our garage instead.

A New Hampshire man faces multiple charges after wrecking his C6 Corvette on Saturday night, then leaving the scene of the accident.
Bedford police say William Morel, 47, allegedly lost control of his yellow 2006 Corvette on Campbell Road near Wellesley Road around 9 p.m. and slid off the pavement, striking a tree stump.

Not too much is yet known about this Train vs Corvette accident that occurred in Spokane Valley, Washington. According to KHQ.com, the Corvette was struck while crossing the tracks on Wednesday afternoon.
