Finally some good news for Z06 buyers!
Chevrolet has granted the fourth round of customer Z06 allocations to dealers on Thursday morning. We reached out to multiple dealers, both large and small, and got the good news from everyone we spoke with. Dealers will have until Friday night to get their customer orders into the order bank, and they can finalize those submitted orders before the Tuesday, April 4th deadline.

We’ve reported on various auctions in the past few weeks with final bids ranging from $178,569 to $222,000 that didn’t meet the reserve, plus two other sales that did have positive sale-throughs at $206,500 and $227,000.

We’re always a sucker for the guy on YouTube who puts a bit more effort into their videos, and so if you say it’s a cinematic video featuring a Corvette, I’m probably going to watch it. I came across this pretty decent 4K video coming out South America today during my daily YouTube binge. The filmmaker is from DavidMJ of Panama and it features a Black C8 Corvette Stingray with Silver Stripes and the High Wing.
The premise of the video is simple as the Corvette driver grabs a cup of freshly made coffee from a coffee shop before heading off on an epic two-minute Corvette cruise through Panama which builds into a final crescendo at the end.

When I first came across this video posted by Shawn Pilot, the crazy wheeler dealer at Gotham Garage on Netflix’s Car Masters Rust to Riches, I thought I had gone back to the ’70s when you could actually buy a good used Corvette for less than $4,000.

A huge thanks goes out to a reader named Austin for sending us this quick video and few photos of a Chevy engineering team driving the 2023 Corvette Z06 with the Z07 Performance Package in the southeastern Indiana town of Lawrenceburg this week. Five C8 Z06s are in the group with one of the cars wrapped in camo.
