dmunds Compares 2011 Corvette Z06 Carbon vs 2010 Grand Sport and 2002 Z06

Some people have really cool jobs. Just ask Edmunds Inside Line Road Test Editor Chris Walton who found an excuse to play with three special Corvettes at Willow Springs Raceway. Billed as the Corvettemegeddon Comparison, Chris drove a prototype of the 2011 Corvette Z06 Carbon edition, a 2010 Grand Sport Coupe and a 2002 Z06 and put the three sports cars through a series of high performance tests. [VIDEO] RM Auctions Sell Two 1969 L88 Corvettes at San Diego Sale

RM Auctions had the pleasure to sell off a private collection of automobiles in Saturday’s Classic Muscle and Modern Performance sale in San Diego, California. The collection was heavy on Pontiac GTOs, Corvettes and other classic muscle cars along with a nice mix of modern performance cars including an AMG tuned Mercedes-Benz and several BMWs. Two of the Corvettes that garnered much attention at the no-reserve auction were 1969 L88 Corvettes which sold for a combined $560,000.
