It’s the opening day of the Michelin NCM Bash at the National Corvette Museum and CorvetteBlogger will be bringing you all the updates from the show.
This morning we caught members of the Corvette Team bringing in a new Stingray, E-Ray and Z06. Interestingly, these are all VIN 001 cars and these will be displayed on the Museum’s patio.
One of the first things that caught our eye is this new wheel design for the Corvette Z06. Currently, the Z06 has just two wheel designs, the Spider forged wheels, and the Carbon Fiber five-spoke wheels. So this will be a great addition to the line-up and offer more choices for buyers and owners alike!
We will have to wait to find out exactly how many finishes this wheel will be available in, and hopefully they will be able to produce them in Gloss Black which has been somewhat of a problem for the Stingray wheels in that color.
Stay tuned for more and enjoy these photos!

I like it a lot, though I think it calls for black lug nuts.
I really like them. I think they are the best looking factory wheels among all the submodels of the C8. I wish a replica wheel manufacturer would make these wheels available in sizes to fit the C7.
Nice wheel. I think the lugs should be the same finish as the wheel.
