When you are the president of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, you are used to being surrounded by young drivers who like to go fast.
For Doug Boles, this situation was a bit different because the young driver was his 16-year-old son Carter who just got his driver’s license before the two of them embarked on a trip to Pahrump, Nevada to visit the Ron Fellows Performance Driving School at Spring Mountain.

Is there a little plagiarizing going on in the automotive world?
One British journalist thinks so, asserting this week on Twitter that a small-time French automaker is trying to pass off a C6 Corvette as its own supercar developed in-house.
It’s official! The 2020 Corvette’s base model will be called the Corvette Stingray!
On Chevrolet’s Next Generation Corvette website, the automaker shows a new badge featuring an updated Stingray badge with the words STINGRAY spelled out individual letters.
Chevrolet has been testing the next generation C8 Corvettes at the Nurburgring for the last couple of weeks and now it looks like that testing session is officially a wrap.

It’s not the first time we’ve seen the California Highway Patrol (CHP) turn to social media to make an example of a bad driver. The driver of this Arctic White C7 Coupe recently earned the wrath of sarcasm from CHP Oroville’s Facebook page after being stopped for speeding in a construction zone.
