It’s no surprise that the highly acclaimed C8 Corvette continues to rank among the most popular new vehicles in the United States.

The latest proof comes courtesy of Autotrader, which just named its Toughest Twenty: 20 new vehicles selling above full retail price. Making the list at No. 15 is the eighth-generation Corvette Stingray, which is selling for 102 percent of MSRP.

J.D. Power has released their Initial Quality Study (IQS) for 2021 which measures the number of problems experienced per 100 vehicles during the first 90 days of ownership. Vehicles with the least complaints were highlighted per their segment. This year, the Corvette Stingray takes the top honor in the Premium Sporty Car segment.

One of the main events of this year’s Corvettes at Carlisle show was the 25th anniversary celebration of the 1996 Grand Sport Corvettes. With just 1,000 units made that year, the Admiral Blue and white “skunks” were the perfect sendoff for Corvette’s 4th generation.
