[VIDEO] Team Jack Announces the Winner of its 1972 Corvette Giveaway

Team Jack is a non-profit foundation that raises money for pediatric brain cancer research and this year they gave away a 1972 Corvette Convertible. The sweepstakes ended on April 1st and the winner was announced on Wednesday.

Taking home this great-looking Corvette was ticket #128857 belonging to Kevin Cownie of Lincoln, Nebraska. Kevin is going to have a blast in this Black/Red Stingray, and it probably feels pretty good to know that he won it by helping the fight against childhood brain cancer.

Team Jack is named after cancer survivor Jack Hoffman of Atkinson, Nebraska. Among his supporters included the University of Nebraska. Jack famously scored a 69-yard touchdown during 2013 Nebraska Football Spring Game.

Team Jack says that the leading cause of death for children in the United States is brain cancer. About 13 children are diagnosed with a brain tumor every day.

Again, congratulations to Kevin Cownie and thanks to all who donated to this charitable organization!
