The Team Jack Foundation is named after childhood brain cancer survivor Jack Hoffman. It began with the town of Atkinson, Nebraska rallying around him and today includes the University of Nebraska and supporters around the country. Team Jack’s mission is to raise money to fund childhood brain cancer research while also working to raise awareness for this terrible disease.
