[VIDEO] C7 Corvette and 2020 Mustang Street Racing Crash Caught by Dashcam

Another day, another street racing accident.

The latest one happened Wednesday night in Lewisville, Texas. A dashcam video captures it all as a yellow 2016 Corvette and a 2020 Ford Mustang go speeding past in the right two southbound lanes of the Sam Rayburn Tollway just before the Business 121 exit around 9:35 p.m.

The Mustang then slams into the rear of a 2018 Hyundai Elantra, causing it to veer into the path of the Corvette that subsequently rams the median and rolls over, all the while sparks flying and debris from all the vehicles flying into the air and landing on the roadway.

Multiple emergency responders from the Lewisville Fire Department and Texas Department of Public Safety answered the call, finding one person lying in the roadway upon arrival.

The crash left the passenger in the Corvette in critical condition and its driver in stable condition. The Hyundai driver was not seriously injured.

Meanwhile, the Mustang driver – 27-year-old Jordan Brown – was able to run away from the scene, but authorities apprehended him a short time later. An investigation found he was intoxicated at the time of the crash, and he has been charged with six felonies, including two counts of intoxication assault, two counts of accident involving serious bodily injury, and two counts of racing on highway causing serious bodily injury.

  1. Both of these guys should be relegated to walking for the next ten years, forced to pay for all costs relating to this accident, reimbursement for all costs related to their hospital care, first responder costs . . . everything remotely connected to this incident. Should either be caught driving in that ten year period . . . it’s straight to prison!

  2. Morons, figures it’s a Mustang operator that caused it all. How do you NOT see a car in front of you especially when hauling ass?? Four lanes too, still hate people.

  3. Did a lot of street racing back in the 60s and 70s, never where there was any traffic. We went way out of town where we had the road marked off, standing start 1/4 mile, none of this freeway crap. Never got caught and no one ever crashed. People doing that shit now-a-days with other cars on the road are beyond stupid. I too hate people in general

  4. IDIOTS! Both drivers need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. I’m surprised you don’t hear any kind of reaction from the driver of the car that filmed that. I would have been cussing out loud like an SOB if I witnessed an awful crash like that and had all that debris hitting my car. I hope the passenger survives.

  5. Road racing AND COPS chasing speeders are danger to everybody. I would like to see police chases stopped. Use the radio no one yet has figured out how to out run a radio as for spontaneous racing it happens daily on most interstates. Revoke the license of the offenders escalating up to jail time if people get hurt
