[PICS] Digital Artist Creates His Dream 'Ultra Spec' C8 Corvette Z06

Earlier today, we watched Emelia Hartford take an exciting spin behind the wheel of a 2023 Corvette Z06, which she says is the first press version running around North America.

After all her amazing work on her own orange and white Stingray over the past few years, we wonder what she’ll do to make her own Z06 – when it arrives – run even faster.

In the meantime, though, we’re left to meditate on this series of 10 renderings – offering up different angles of a custom Z06 – that was created by Shashank Das, also known as sdesyn on social media, where we spotted his efforts on Instagram.

Sdesyn shares how he would spec out his own Z06, including a custom set of headlights, a two-tone paint job with a blacked-out hood, a partial carbon fiber aerodynamic kit with red accents on the front and rear spoilers, similar red stripes on the hood and top, contrasting vertical stripes on the sides of the body, and a set of bronze-finished Vossen LC2-C1 wheels that somehow remind us of the stock ’84 wheels.

Explains Sdesyn: “I love how {the wheels} looked on @gabeflorido’s C8 so I had to put them on for this Z06 build. However, here they’re finished in a shiny bronze.”

He says his headlight treatment “could be a cool one-off if Chevrolet ever does something like this” and points out that the splashes of red are a must-have “because nothing says sporty like some bright red accents.”

  1. I actually like the red accents and the wheels. Might want to lose what appears to be three pieces of duct tape on the side skirts.
