Corvette Delivery Dispatch with National Corvette Seller Mike Furman for April 4th

Criswell Chevrolet’s Mike Furman delivers new Corvettes to his customers who come from all across the country to work with the nation’s top individual Corvette seller.

Mike was out most of the week as he attended another Corvette Owner’s School at Spring Mountain with many of his customers in attendance. Yet despite being out the week, he still had plenty of delivery pics and stories to share. While I don’t usually offer my opinion in these posts, I had sent Mike a message yesterday after seeing this Elkhart Lake Blue Convertible with the two-tone Red/Black interior saying how much I liked the bold combo, especially with the stripes and hash marks. ~Another Corvette Furman C8 owners school in the books at Ron Fellows Spring Mountain Racetrack in Pahrump, Nevada. (I will be back October 2nd-6th.) Thank you to the entire staff of Spring Mountain for allowing me to host a school of my Corvette clients from all over the USA…simply the finest facility anywhere! *Night 1~Every Corvette owners school that I put together at Spring Mountain racetrack in Nevada I host a Pizza Dinner the night before the first day of class. That evening was dinner for 32 and we had a blast! I had 4 Corvette quiz questions and the correct answer was rewarded with an Adam’s Polishes $50 gift certificate. I also planted earlier in the day my business card under one of the guest chairs to win The Corvette Bloggers Corvette book signed that Keith just came out with on special Edition Corvettes. ~GM keeps really close tabs with my Corvette deliveries and the last few milestones, 2,000,3,000 and 4,000 Corvette deliveries, Chevrolet Execs brought me a cake etc to acknowledge the special 4,000 milestone several years ago. Selling Corvettes for 43+ years has been quite the ride and I’m sure I will have some special gifts for the customer that takes delivery of #5,000 Corvette from me! Last few times I’ve loaded their trunk up and we documented it all on video, interviews and pictures!! Stay tuned. We are now under 60 days for my 5,000th Corvette delivery…best guess.

~C8 Deliveries this week…I still had a few even though I was in Nevada from Monday eve through Friday eve.

~Sharon “Austin” of Baltimore, Maryland came in to pay/sign for her new Corvette early so she could join my Corvette Furman C8 owners school at Spring Mountain Race track this past week. Her Corvette arrived while we were in Nevada and I had it prepared for delivery yesterday. Austin was incredibly happy with all her choices. This is one beautiful Corvette for a wonderful lady. Look for Austin on a track near you! 2021 Convertible Equipment list: 2LT pkg, GT2 buckets, CF full length stripes, CF painted Nacelles and roof, front lift, magnetic ride, bright red calipers, cf painted wheels, 2 tone red/black interior, Elkhart lake Blue metallic paint, CF fender stripes, CF painted mirrors and spoiler and Z51 pkg.

~Mike F. of Parkersburg, West Virginia factory ordered a Torch Red 2021 Corvette coupe with Adrenaline Red interior. All the paperwork was fed exed back and forth and Plycar Trucking shipped it enclosed trailer from Criswell to his WV home. Equipment list: 2LT pkg, transparent roof, bright red calipers, performance exhaust and CF painted wheels.

~ Bob H. of Merritt Island, Florida has ordered Corvettes from me in the past and this week he took delivery of his stunning 2021 Torch Red Corvette via R8c option at the National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, KY. Equipment list: 3LT pkg, Natural interior, magnetic ride, CF wheels and bright Red calipers.

~Jeff D of Centreville, Virginia has been buying cars, trucks and of course Corvettes for a decade from me. Yesterday he got to take delivery of his Sebring Orange 2021 Corvette Z51 convertible. Equipment list: 2LT pkg, Orange seat belts, GT2 buckets, CF full stripe, CF Nacelles and body color roof, cf instrument trim, magnetic ride, spectra gray wheels, cf painted mirrors, Z51 pkg and more. We haven’t played golf together in awhile but we will chase the little white ball this Spring. I was witness to Jeff’s very first hole in one at his own golf club in VA!

~Seth P. of Pleasantville, NY bought his C7 from me and he ordered his C8 from me as well. He took a Saturday early morning flight and was thrilled with his color combo of Shadow Gray with Natural interior. ~Kevin M. of Seattle, WA placed his Corvette order with me really long distance and I had it drop shipped to his local Chevrolet dealer in Auburn, WA. Stunning Red Mist metallic Tintcoat with Natural dipped interior for his 2021 Corvette Convertible. Equipment list: 3LT pkg, performance exhaust, CF painted Nacelles/roof, front lift, CF instrument panel and edge red calipers. I can’t wait to speak with Kevin about his new Corvette as I know he is over the moon with his drop top Convertible. Kevin was a pleasure to deal with and I enjoyed our conversations throughout the whole deal.

~Leslie and Ed Mattson of Mercer Island, WA are big supporters of the National Corvette Museum and they ordered their new Rapid Blue 2021 Corvette Z51 coupe to come to Criswell to be pre delivery inspected before Plycar trucking enclose trailers their new ride 3,000 miles to Washington which will occur this week as the paper/ payment process has been completed via Fed Ex. Equipment list: 3LT pkg, Tension/Twilight Blue interior, front lift, transparent top, magnetic select ride, bright red calipers, CF painted wheels, edge red engine cover and Z51 pkg.

~Kevin G. of Spring, Texas factory ordered his new Torch Red 2021 Convertible to come to Criswell Chevrolet first for pre delivery inspection and then enclose trailered to his home in Texas. We completed the paperwork/payment process via Fed Ex and this week is when Plycar picks it up for transport. Equipment list: 3LT pkg, Body color accents, front lift, CF instrument trim, bright red calipers, performance exhaust, spectra gray wheels, and red custom stitching

~Alan F. of Hudson, New Hampshire is a true Corvette Aficionado and has owned “many” Corvettes over the decades! Plycar trucking is due in this week to enclose trailer his new Rapid Blue 2021 Corvette coupe to his New Hampshire home. Equipment list: 1LT pkg, Transparent roof, yellow calipers, CF painted wheels, engine appearance pkg, performance pkg and tension blue seatbelt’s. We completed the paperwork/payment procedure via Fed Ex so the Corvette will soon be headed North to Alan’s driveway.
