C2

Over the weekend, we featured a video from XCAR that was essentially a look at the C2 Corvette from the perspective of those in Europe. Here we have a video first published late last year of a 1966 427 Corvette Sting Ray Sport Coupe in Hong Kong. The classic Corvette has been converted to right-hand-drive and also has fixed Plexiglas headlights.

The video is in English and the cool Sting Ray gets the walk-around treatment before getting on the roads of Hong Kong. A pretty neat setting to see American Muscle.

I am sure you’ve played this highly subjective game before with one of your Corvette friends: Old school vs new school. It’s tough enough to judge two different Corvettes from the same year, but what happens when they are separated by over 45 years? Watch the video and tell us in the comments which way you would go!

This week on Generation Gap, Matt and Davin face a tough decision between the undeniable classic style and rarity of the 1963 Split Window Corvette and the modern convenience and power of the 2007 Corvette Z06. Which would you choose?
