Hello, Corvette friends! Welcome to the beginning of another glorious summertime week. Mondays always require a little extra boost to get things moving so we’ve got some motivation for you in the form of a gallery of 1963-1967 Corvettes.

This week’s Special Edition Midyear Monday gallery comes to you from Mecum’s Orlando Summer Special auction which ran July 6th – 9th in central Florida. We were fortunate to be able to pop in for a bit on Friday in between some non-CorvetteBlogger business in the area (read: Disney vacation).

Midyear Corvettes are arguably the most popular Corvette generation and there were plenty of them to go around in Orlando last weekend. In fact, 21 of the 118 Corvettes offered were assembled in St. Louis for the 1963 through 1967 model years.

The 4th highest seller of the entire auction and the top-selling Corvette was a sinister black-on-red 1963 restomod which commanded $308,000.
