[VIDEO] Japan's Better Motoring Pits LFA vs. GT-R, ZR1, 911 GT2 RS and F430 GT3

Here is a comparison video from Japan’s Best Motoring TV show that puts the Lexus LFA against the Nissan GT-R, Corvette ZR1, Porsche 911 GT2 RS and the Ferrari F430 GT3 for a 3-lap attack at Fuji Speedway.

The comparison is epic proof of why we don’t put too much stock into comparisons as this was all about the drivers and their lack of familiarity with any car that wasn’t Japanese. The Corvette driver seemed particularly tentative in the corners and really failed to utilize one of the ZR1′s core strengths: brakes. Despite that minor observation, it’s always fun to see these epic sports cars battling on a track. You have to watch the video to find out how it ends.

After seeing the Carbon Flash Metallic paint up close and in person, I was blown away at the sparkle and shine that radiates from the car under the bright Kentucky sunshine. It’s a spectacular color that lends itself well to Corvettes and should cause a lot of buyers to plunk down the extra cash for the 1-year special edition Corvette.
