C8 Z06/E-Ray Front Splitter

One of the newest products that’s quickly becoming a best seller is the ACS C8 Corvette Z06/E-Ray Front Splitter that gives your Z06 or E-Ray an upgrade in both style and performance. If your Z06 or E-Ray has the painted base chin spoiler, this one-piece carbon flash metallic splitter is the perfect complement to your carbon flash side rockers that come standard on the widebody Corvettes. The front splitter offers both great looks while also enhancing your Corvette’s frontal downforce for better grip and stability through the turns.

This Z06/E-Ray Front Splitter is similar in size to the OEM Z07 front splitter, but without the Z07’s required canards/dive planes, which provides a cleaner, more streamlined look. It’s finished in Carbon Flash Black Metallic so it will match your standard rocker panels, and other trim and fascia components. ACS Composite’s Front Splitter for the Z06/E-Ray is manufactured from their proprietary PC Composite material which offers three times the strength and is more scratch resistance than those made from fiberglass or AVS Plastic. The other benefit to PC Composite material is that if it does get nicked, the underlying material is also black which helps keeps it from being noticeable. ACS also included nine skid plates to the underside of the splitter to help maximize the splitter’s lifespan.


The ACS Z06/E-Ray Front Splitter is easy to install with no drilling or double-sided tape. This aftermarket splitter utilizes all the same mounting points as your OEM splitter and ACS even includes a 7mm ratchet to help with the swap. It takes just about 30 minutes to install and it’s fully reversable. Like most of their products, ACS Composite offers a video showing the installation of the one-piece splitter.

C8 Corvette Rock Guards

ACS Composite’s Rock Guards are specially engineered to help shield your Corvette Stingray, Z06, or E-Ray from rock chips and other debris kicked up by your ultra-wide Michelin tires. Michelin’s high-performance tires for the Corvette are huge and they offer a large contact area for grabbing the road, however, those super sticky tires are also known for picking up stones, rocks and other debris. But instead of the rocks and debris being thrown back against your Corvette’s side panels, they instead hit the ACS Rock Guards and are directed downward and away from your car. The Rock Guards utilize a wide edge and a bladed shield that’s twice the size of GM’s standard mudflaps to help prevent debris from entering the wheel wheels and those that do are prevented from being sent rearward.


ACS Composite offers Rock Guards for both the C8 Stingray and the Stingray and C8 Z06/E-Ray. The latter provided even more of an engineering challenge during the design phase as the widebody Z06s and E-Rays have a narrow pass-through outlet on the rear body panels. The first time we saw the Z06s in person, they were driven by Chevy engineers from Detroit to Pennsylvania, and we noted that these pass-through vents were capturing small rocks and other debris in the outlet, causing chipping to the paint inside and the surrounding area. ASC Composite’s patent-pending solution added a tunnel with a serviceable insert that holds a grill screen and mesh to prevent rocks from getting through.

ACS Composite’s C8 Z51 Wickers

The Wickers come with double-sided tape as well as three mounting holes for installation on the Z51 spoiler. There is some drilling required and you will need a rivet gun, but the video below shows just how easy it would be for you to install on your C8 Corvette. ACS rates this an Easy Install and says it should only take about an hour to complete.
