[VIDEO] Meet IndyCar Driver Sting Ray Robb and Cheer for No 41 at the Indy 500

During our visit to the National Corvette Museum’s Michelin NCM Bash, I had the pleasure to meet and talk with IndyCar driver Sting Ray Robb who was visiting Bowling Green that day. If you need someone to root for in Sunday’s Indy 500, Sting Ray Robb might just be your man!

We had the pleasure of speaking with Sting Ray on the Corvette Boulevard and joining me is Steve Garrett of the Corvette Today Podcast. During our conversation, the 22-year-old racer explains that his name comes from his father’s passion with Corvettes. Being a C2 guy, naming your son Sting Ray seemed perfectly reasonable! Starting off in karts and then progressing to Indy Lights, Sting Ray worked his way up and is now driving the No. 41 IndyCar for A.J. Foyt Racing in the NTT IndyCar Series. This will be his second Indianapolis 500 and we’re hoping to see some big things from him.

You can learn more about Sting Ray Robb and follow his season at IndyCar.com.

Thanks to Miriah at the Corvette Museum for setting this up. This was a fun and quick conversation. Hope you enjoy it!
