Earlier this week we shared an instagram photo from Corvette development engineer Cody Bulkley who took the 2024 Corvette E-Ray to participate in the F.A.T. International Ice Race in Aspen, Colorado over the weekend. We had reached out to Chevy communications hoping they would share some actual video of the car on the track and our request was granted with this video posted to the Corvette channel on Instagram.
The event was sponsored by Mobil 1 and the Corvette team was asked to compete in the event at their behest. As you know, Mobil 1 has been the factory fill partner for motor oil in all new Corvettes since 1993, and they are one of the main sponsors of Corvette Racing.
In this new video, we can watch Cody as he effortlessly pilots the new All-Wheel Drive Corvette E-Ray around the ice circuit, which we believe was created either on a cleared field or a frozen lake.
Other than the Corvette Instagram channel, I haven’t been able to find any other pics of the E-Ray except for these two photos below.
Here’s another look at the E-Ray as posted on Corvette’s Instagram page on Monday. Under it is another Instagram post showing some of the different competitors at the event:
