[VIDEO] Chevy Silverado Single Cab Bullys a C6 Corvette and Supra at the Dragstrip


The marketplace isn’t the only place where the Big Three pickup trucks are dominating other vehicles sold in America.

If you’re looking for a fast vehicle that also has some utility, you might want to take a look at this Chevy Silverado single cab pickup that recently racked up a couple of wins on a Florida dragstrip.

The videographer at Drag Racing and Cars Stuff caught up with the action at Bradenton Motorsports Park and shared the races with their viewers.

We aren’t told whether any of the mechanicals have been upgraded under the hoods of these vehicles, so we’ll just have to settle for the final outcomes to determine the ultimate bragging rights.

First taking on a Torch Red C6 Corvette Grand Sport coupe, the black pickup has little trouble knocking off its little brother – roaring to a time of 11.972 seconds at 111.82 mph to the ‘Vette’s 12.649 at 113.29 mph.

Up next, the Silverado has a tougher time against a blue GR Supra, with the race going neck and neck before the track light determined the pickup to be the winner after a better jump off the line by the pickup.
