Corvettes for Sale: 3400-Mile 2010 Corvette ZR1 on Bring a Trailer

This practically new 2010 Corvette ZR1 has been driven only 3,400 miles over the past 13 years or so.

Now it’s looking for its fourth owner since new, courtesy of an auction underway on Bring a Trailer. Four days remain in the bidding, with the current highest offer hitting $73,333.

Coated in Crystal Red on the outside, with an Ebony leather interior, this car was first sold by Ballweg Chevrolet of Middleton, Wisconsin. The current owner has had the car since 2020.

We have to believe ZR1s like this car will be very attractive to collectors in the future, since it’s likely to be one of the most powerful ICE vehicles that will ever be produced with the current gravitation toward EVs.

Of course, what’s not to like about a 638-horsepower 6.2-liter LS9 V8 engine hooked to a six-speed manual transmission, like this car features? Especially when you can actually see the top of that engine through the clear polycarbonate window in the hood.

One of 1,544 ZR1s produced in the second year of production for the “King of the Hill,” this Corvette includes the top-of-the-line 3ZR Premium Equipment that added $10,000 to the base price, with additional Ebony leather upholstery on the dash, door panels, and center console to create the nicest interior available during the C6 run from 2005-2013. Also included in that package were heated and power-adjustable sport bucket seats with memory settings, a Bose seven-speaker audio system, Bluetooth connectivity, navigation, universal home remote, power-telescoping steering column, and luggage shade.

Standard equipment on the ZR1 included carbon ceramic brake rotors with Brembo calipers, dual-zone automatic climate control, head-up display, cruise control, limited-slip differential, multi-function steering wheel, and full instrumentation including a 200-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 6,500 RPM redline, and gauges to keep up with boost pressure, oil pressure, coolant temperature, and fuel level. We also love the blue brake calipers and the staggered-diameter chrome wheels.

With C7 ZR1 prices soaring, you might say this C6 ZR1 is the “poor man’s” version, if you can consider someone who can afford to pay more than $73,333 “poor.”
