[VIDEO] Watch a 2023 Corvette Z06 with Z07 Undergo the PDI Process Before Delivery

It’s been a little while since we’ve checked in with our friend Morgan Crosbie of Finch Chevrolet in London, Ontario, but today he’s bringing us a fun video that shows the PDI (pre-delivery inspection) of the 2023 Corvette Z06 before it’s delivered to its new owner. During the PDI, not only does the Corvette tech do everything from checking fluids and preparing the car, but they will also finish installing all the options that were ordered with the car but take too long to do them on the assembly line.

Judging from the product layout we see here, Morgan and his Corvette tech Phil will be very busy as they install everything on this Corvette Z06!

Morgan explains how their dealership receives these parts with those that you see in the boxes being shipped to the dealership ahead of the car’s arrival, while those in the clear bags were included in the car when it left Bowling Green. The dealer tech will be adding the front splitter to the car as well as the underbody aerodynamic strakes which we get a really good look at.

After Morgan and Phil finish with their work, there are still some graphics and other updates to the car needed, and so Morgan explains how they sub out this work to a local shop which specializes in them. Here we see the Z06 getting the cool Corvette Racing graphics on the hood and the rear quarter panels. Finally, the Corvette script on the back is swapped out for the red letter versions to match the car’s theme!
