[VIDEO] Jesse Iwuji: The C8 Z06 is the Best American Supercar…Ever!

Listen up, Corvette fans! NASCAR Xfinity driver and Naval Reserve Officer Jesse Iwuji has a few things to say about his new C8 Corvette Z06. Jesse makes his case that the C8 Z06 is the best American supercar ever as he is lapping the Willow Springs road course in his Amplify Orange Z06 Coupe. Not only does what he says resonates with us, but his cinematography game in this video was also notched up to a new level. You’ll definitely not want to miss this one!

Jesse has driven his Orange Z06 across the country, racking up around 6,000 miles on the car so far. He’s been one of the few Z06 owners we’ve seen who have ventured out on the track with the car repeatedly, and he also has more than few quarter mile runs with his fastest time being 10.443 @ 134.23 mph with racing slicks.

It’s almost like General Motors told his Chevrolet engineers and design team, dream it and we’ll build it! This vehicle is a true testament to what happens when brilliant people aren’t limited by red tape. I cannot honestly say that I’ve driven anything better or have had any better experience in any other vehicle in my life. Chevrolet has really set a new standard that will be very difficult for anyone in the same price range to match. They put the world on notice and with that said, thank you Chevrolet…thank you.

After driving cross country from East to West Coast, drag racing in the 1/8 mi & 1/4 mi, running 10.4@134mph, running 2 different road courses, and putting quite a few thousand miles on my C8 Z06, I’ve come down to the conclusion, the C8 Z06 is the best damn supercar in America for the price it is!
