We told you a couple weeks ago that Paul Stanley was selling his 2022 Corvette Convertible VIN 001 at Barrett-Jackson’s Las Vegas Auction and now you can hear his reasons why for selling in this new promotional video from the KISS guitarist. Barrett-Jackson’s 2022 Las Vegas Auction will be held June 30-July 2 in the West Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Though he claims to love the car, he is offering it for auction at Barrett-Jackson because he “couldn’t do it justice,” as he is so conscious of the vehicle, its pedigree, and its VIN 001 sequence number. “I want to make it available to somebody who might be able to get more out of it, whether it’s to add to a collection or to drive it.”

In the video, Paul thanks his friends “Mark Reuss and Harlan Charles and all those great people at Chevrolet” for the Corvette that “was made especially for me.” Stanley says “This car was made for me, it’s got pewter wheels, all kinds of things that you would expect in the 3LT.”
The high bidder will also receive an autographed Ibanez PS120 Paul Stanley Signature guitar. According to Stanley, including the instrument with the sale is the perfect way to combine two of his passions. “The guitar is another part of my life, another aspect of who I am. So I thought that whoever acquire the car would have another piece of who I am,” he said.

Interest in the car is high with Renowned Nashville promoter and KISS fan Mike Leffingwell announcing plans to place a bid for Stanley’s 2022 Chevrolet Corvette.
“I want somebody to take this car and do whatever makes them happy with it, to enjoy it,” Stanley said. “That’s really the keyword, I think, for any collector of anything — joy. And for me, my life has always been about the joy I can bring to other people. So here’s a car and a guitar. Go enjoy.”

Paul is a phoney!
“My life has always been about the joy I can bring to other people” HaHaHaHaHaHaHaHa, sure and the $$$$$$$$$$$$ they bring to hear your music and to buy your car. It’s always about the money.
If it’s all about other people’s joy and not the $$$, Take the proceeds and donate them to Children’s hospital, or some other note worthy cause.
George when I read the article I had to read it twice because I was looking for the charity that the proceeds were going to. same when John Cenna could not wait to sell his GT 40 .
GM, stop giving these (insert expletive here) 1st crack at the cars real enthusiasts want to drive.
@Bill John Cena couldnt fit in it due to his roided out body. So I give him a pass. Why own a car that you LITERALLY CANT FIT IN!
