Add another celebrity owner to the rolls of Corvette ownership!
Rock and Roll legend Paul Stanley from KISS shared a photo of his new 2020 Corvette Stingray on Twitter, while also heaping praise for the car for both its beautiful design and the technology offered on an American sportscar.
Stanley, a noted car enthusiast who previously owned a 2014 Corvette Stingray, says of the new Corvette, “For years the auto industry said ‘Buy American’. I said ‘When you manufacture world class cars I’ll buy them’. For me the 2020 Corvette C8 is beyond that. It raises the bar with cutting edge technology. It’s a machine I’m proud to drive AND it’s drop dead GORGEOUS. I LOVE mine!”

Stanley’s 2020 Corvette Stingray of choice is an Arctic White Z51 Coupe with the 3LT Morello Red dipped interior. He also opted for the Black Trident Spoke Wheels which he color-matched to the carbon flash Z51 spoiler and side-mirror caps.
While Stanley is primarily known for his music career, let’s not forget that he once helped design a C7 Corvette Stingray for the 2015 SEMA Show and he is a big believer in the Corvette brand.
In a February 2015 feature on Motor Trend, Stanley said, “I’ve yearned to be driving an American car without apology,” he says. “I like driving a car that says ‘Corvette’ on it. I like driving an American car because we’ve always had capabilities to turn out great cars, and for reasons that are lost to me, we chose not to. But as the competition became stiffer and as the car industry seemed to be folding, I guess the message was resounding, and lo and behold, here were some great cars.”
According to Stanley, the new 2020 Corvette continues that tradition.

Arrogant remark, Paul!
What’s so arrogant about it?
When someone decides to share with us that a $270k Italian car is nicer than a $70k American car and wants us to be impressed with his refined taste…
Moronic.
Did you know that the Maui Hyatt is nicer than the Boise Motel 6?
Great article. Kiss and Corvette.. great parts of being an American. Way to go Paul!
Paul, if you need anything for your Corvette go to KEENPARTS.COM!!!
Ok so K.G. go away because you’re a moron, Alan WTF are you talking about?? Awesome Mr Stanley and a C7 owner, cool.
Kevin Williams, piss off you wanker!
Eritor, what’s not arrogant about it?
Alan Scott, exactly!
I understand what he is saying, but the point he’s missing is the amount of “bang for your buck” that the Corvette has always provided compared to sports cars made anywhere else in the world.
K.G. You didn’t answer my question. He’s proud to buy American and he loves Corvettes. Again, what’s so arrogant about that? Are you just jealous because he has one and you don’t? Or are you just jealous because he’s one of the most successful rock stars ever? There’s nothing wrong with posting your car and saying how much you love it. Be happy for the guy and stop being a dick.
Eritor, I have a C8 and Paul is a talentless phoney who lip syncs!
Eritor, you are probably just as dishonest and disingenuous as Paul is!
