This week’s Corvette Today Podcast is a great pre-runner to the NCM Bash event happening this week at the National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, KY. Jordan Lee, Global Chief Engineer for Small Block Engines for General Motors and Dustin Gardner, the Assistant Global Chief Engineer for Small Block Engines will be at the NCM Bash to give enthusiasts an in-depth look and discussion of the 670-hp LT6 engine for the 2023 Corvette Z06, but you can hear them first in their own words this week on the Corvette Today Podcast!

The new Corvette C8 Z06 that’s coming out soon is all the rage! And its revolutionary engine, the LT6, is putting the world on notice. Who better to explain this engine, in detail, than the two engineers who headed up this project!

Jordan Lee is the Global Chief Engineer for Small Block Engines for General Motors and Dustin Gardner is the Assistant Global Chief Engineer for Small Block Engines.   1. Good News Corvette Lovers! After all the hysteria that the “sky is falling the sky is falling!” ICE Corvette and many others ICE cars will survive even if all the beach front property falls in the Sea! Batteries are getting there but still the panic is not real. The Earth like many things in nature will not be distorted by Mankind just because our over sized ego tells us we can destroy something we could never Create. Fossil fuels are not running out and we are still smart enough to solve the pollution problems of their use!

  3. I was hoping for some discussion of the potential for turbocharging or not for the LT6. My understanding is that it is a bit too large for that yet we have heard all the predictions for future Corvette variants with turbocharging and/or electric motors.
