2023 Corvette Z06 Ordering Info Leaks From GM Workbench Order System

Our friends at the Corvette Action Center made a great discovery this morning as they are showing screenshots from GM’s Workbench Order System that shows all the ordering options for the 2023 Corvette Z06. Dealers can use the Quick Order System in Workbench to configure the 2023 Z06 and 2023 Stingrays. There is a catch, however, as no pricing is yet available for either model.

We’ve seen these kinds of leaks previously in advance of a new model year and we actually don’t think it will be up much longer now that the word is out. The first day that dealership reps can actually place a pre-order for the 2023 Corvette Z06 and Stingrays is March 24th with the official ordering cycle taking place on March 31-April 5th.

As we scanned the list of RPOs and Option names, there are a few interesting tidbits that jumped out at us. One of them is the official color name for the 70th Anniversary model in the tri-color white metallic. That color officially will be known as Abalone White Tricoat (GWI). Carbon Flash Metallic (GAR) is the 70th Anniversary’s other color and it will be officially known by that name.

Looking at the Other section, we found the CFV and CFZ RPO codes which we believe to be the Z06’s Aerokits with one in Carbon flash metallic (CFZ) and the other in visible carbon fiber (CFV). There are also three spoiler options on the list: (T0E) Spoiler, (T0F) Spoiler Var 3 and (T0G) Spoiler Var 4.

And of course, there are also some unknowns currently showing on the list. Jumping out to us is (RCE) Accessory Engine Cover – Alternate Finish 4, (VYL) Accessory Engine – Coil Cover, and (TR7) Control, Headlamps Leveling System, Automatic.

Regarding the 2023 Stingray, we see the 70th Anniversary options available and it looks like some new wheel options might be coming with RPOs Q99, Q9A, and Q9I all listed as Aluminum Wheels and those three RPO codes are not in the 2022 Corvette Order Guide. Other new options seem to point to a new Blackout interior (BAZ) and (NGA) Black Exhaust Tips.

Finally, One RPO missing from the Stingray list but showing on the Z06 list of options is FA6 which we believe to be the Level 2 Carbon Fiber Interior Trim Package. I was really hoping that Chevy would be extending that new CF interior trim package to the Stingray. Let’s hope that I am wrong on that!

  1. All this information is a great tease. Until their prices associated with the associated option codes it’s all meaningless. In addition dealer add-on makes a Z06 and non-item for me. And I have the money to buy one today. If GM was really serious about the 2023 Z06 with all this pent up demand; one would think they would be hiring a third shift at bowling green to manufacture more cars! At $5 to $7.00 per gallon for high test gas, (Go Brandon), upwards of $126.00 for fill up, about $300 to drive 1000 miles!

  2. The dealer mark up is what is very important to me, this what would make me undecided about wanting the Z06 w/ ZO7 upgrades!
