[SPIED] 2023 Corvette Z06 Engineering Group is Captured in Parking Lot – Revs Included!

Last week we captured a large caravan of 2023 Corvette Z06s in Arizona and that same group was captured earlier today meeting in a parking lot! We counted (I think) nine Z06s, plus the Porsche GT2 and the Yellow Stringray are all in this parking lot together and we believe they are still in the Arizona region.

We see several familiar faces in the group (behind the masks) which we believe include Executive Chief Engineer Tadge Juechter, Corvette Product Marketing Manager Harlan Charles, as well as ride and handling engineer Alex MacDonald. We’re sure that Chief Engineer Josh Holder is running with the group as they were all spied on the stage at Barrett-Jackson Saturday night for the auction of the 1st retail Z06.

In this video posted Tuesday to YouTube, Harlan is seen getting into the Accelerate Yellow Z07 Coupe while Tadge is in the camouflaged Z06 Convertible to the left of the yellow car.

Someone near the photographer makes a comment to the engineer driving the Yellow Stingray about “you guys going for a cruise” to which the engineer replies, “We got snow in Michigan…there is a lot of truth to that.”

TylerVentures, who uploaded the footage says in the comments that the sighting happened in Surprise, AZ. He says, “They just stopped off for a few minutes and took down notes and looked like they adjusting one of the wings on one the cars.”

The revs come right at the beginning of the video and then we hear the cars startup. They all make their way to the exit and we get a good look at each one as it passes by. All the Z06s, even those in camo, appeared to have center-mounted exhausts.

A large group of 2023 Corvette Z06’s were caught out on a test drive in a large group. They were testing with a Porsche GT2RS. So cool to see such a large group of manufacturer test cars out for a drive!
