Corvette inventories have been declining nationwide and this week the final C7 Corvette available from Criswell, an Arctic White Grand Sport, was taken home by a very happy couple. The delivery spotlight this week shines on a 2020 Corvette Stingray as it is introduced to its new owner. Notice how the smiles never stop! ~I realize it’s one thing for me to sing the praises of the 8th Generation Corvette but I am hearing from hundreds of people across the sports car world that can’t say enough good things that are so great on the new mid-engine Corvette. Happy Mother’s Day…
~Jeff B. of Sacramento, California placed his C8 factory order to be drop-shipped for courtesy delivery at his local Chevrolet dealer in Davis, California. Vin 1873 is now in his home garage and Jeff couldn’t be more thrilled. Jeff’s son Ryan was there at delivery and what a great Father/ Son moment that was! Jeff bought his new 2015 Z06 from me and has been on my C8 list for a couple of years.
The Torch Red 2020 Corvette Z51 coupe is loaded with the following equipment: 3LT pkg, Jet Black and Adrenaline Red custom interior with Competition seats, body-color dual roof pkg, carbon flash dual stripes, front lift pkg, carbon-fiber instrument panel, magnetic ride control, bright red calipers, CF painted wheels, CF painted mirrors and spoiler, Z51 pkg, engine appearance pkg, torch red seatbelts, and Adrenaline red custom stitching…and much more. I am sure Jeff is staring in delight at his new Corvette. Stunning combination!

I had heard numerous times that pics don’t do it justice, but until you actually see it in person one cannot fully understand what is meant by that statement. It’s the same sense you yourself likely had at the first unveiling in So Cal last summer. For me, the guys at Hanlee’s, and everyone seeing it here in Sacramento – many of whom are previous Vette owners and Vette lovers – it’s the first time ever they are seeing a C8, and we all are having the same reaction: Wow, that thing is beautiful! And such a blast to drive. Major kudos to the Chevy design and engineering team, Tadge, etc all!"

~Kevin and Shyre J of Odessa, Florida called me up last week as a fellow Corvette friend from Tennessee recommended me as they had purchased their Corvette from me. I gave Kevin a sight-unseen trade-in value on their 76,000 mile 2013 Silver GS and they jumped on a 2019 Arctic White Grand Sport Corvette. They drove the 1,000 miles up to Criswell and hopped on a flight home to Florida as I have Plycar trucking delivering their new Corvette to their home. Equipped with 1LT pkg, Auto transmission, battery protection pkg, black wheels, and Navigation/PDR.
This will be Kevin’s everyday car. As you know the world events inhibits how I go over a car at delivery as I am unable per the Maryland Governor allowed to sit in the passenger seat and go over the inner workings at time of delivery but I do have 8-9 "How to" video’s on my corvette dedicated web site www.corvettefurman.com …So far only one PA couple has been upset that I couldn’t go over the inside of the car out of all my onsite deliveries the last two months. Everyone else has been appreciative and understood the process.
~The ultimate compliment in sales is a referral, especially one from 2,700 miles away and 6 years ago! September of 2014 I flew cross country unannounced to a Corvette show in Prescott, Arizona. There were 250 Corvettes displayed throughout the town square and as I walked around I ran into to 10+ of my Corvette customers that I had never met. I sat down for lunch and proceeded to write 5 deals that afternoon which was not my intent. One of those 5 has now bought 3 Corvettes from me since that day and all these years later he sent his niece in to see me about a new Jeep. The Zupan’s live in Haymarket, Virginia which is approx 90 minutes from Criswell.
They both were thrilled for the seamless transaction. Her dream to own a new Jeep has been realized!

A Museum quality presentation on the photos. The passion is so clear. Mike is an all rounder. He drives and sells and collects history. He puts people together and he promotes the positive much like he generally takes positive steps in his life. So without further fanfare, thank you for posting some great photographs. There was just one photo: I really couldn’t see the C1 I believe it was, as I couldn’t take my eyes off of the legs of an American Beauty sitting upon the Corvette, with another in the car I think. It left me just so confused………………..
