What may be the world’s only C2 Corvette with a removable roof panel is currently on the market in Portersville, Pennsylvania, where its long-time owner is asking $65,000 for his unique creation.

We spotted the car on ClassicCars.com, where the seller explained that he bought this 1963 Corvette convertible from an insurance company in 1964 with some body damage after it had been stolen and stripped.

One of the benefits of Chevrolet giving a VIP purchase slot to a YouTuber with nearly 4 million followers is all the free advertising they receive in return. The Stradman was one of the very first VIP customers to take delivery of the new 2023 Corvette Z06, and we’ve already shared a couple videos ranging from his delivery in PA to visiting the Triple F collection in Columbus, Ohio. However, when things go wrong, that bad news also spreads like wildfire as a result. Unfortunately, the Stradman has now run into an issue with his Z06 dumping fluids in the garage and isn’t sure what to do about it.

When we think of outside forces causing the Corvette Assembly Plant to reduce production, our minds automatically think that it’s a supply chain issue. After all, we just had another week with supply issues causing the plant to pause production during the 2nd shift of Tuesday, all day Wednesday, and 1st shift on Thursday. However, there was apparently another issue happening in the background at BGAP last week that could have canceled the 2nd shift of production altogether, which would be catastrophic to production of America’s favorite sports car.
