Chalk up another in an ever-growing list of awards for the C8 Corvette.
Earlier this summer, the C8 Corvette picked up its latest honor from the land down under as Australia’s best luxury sports car in the first-ever 2025 CarExpert Choice Awards.
The Corvette earned that title over another couple of automotive legends – the Porsche 911 and the BMW M4.
Six variants of Corvette are offered in Australia, starting with the convertible and coupe Stingray and continuing with the Z06 and E-Ray, available only in coupe fashion. Since the ZR1 and ZR1X are available only in left-hand drive, they aren’t sold in Australia now.
According to CarExpert, which bills itself as “Australia’s leading new car marketplace”:
“The Chevrolet Corvette delivers supercar performance at sports car prices, with a mid-engine layout providing exceptional dynamics plus surprising refinement and luxury appointments that elevate the American icon higher than ever before.”
