Yes, Virginia. Some Chevrolet dealers are selling the 2026 Corvette ZR1 for MSRP!

The latest personality to pick up the new King of the Hill is Brooks from the DragTimes YouTube channel. He took delivery of his Blade Silver ZR1 Coupe this week from Stingray Chevrolet in Plant City, Florida.

In this new video released Tuesday evening, we see Brooks at the Florida dealership where he goes over all aspects of the new 1,064 horsepower supercar which includes a cold start inside the facility as well as a breakdown of all the options and equipment ordered with the car.

When Brooks first ordered the ZR1, the ZTK Performance Package wasn’t available, but he was still able to add the Carbon Fiber Aero Package for $10,495 which includes the large wing, larger gurney lip and front canards. He asked the rhetorical question of why he got the big wing if he’s going drag racing with it and he explains it’s only 4 bolts that are holding it onto the car and they are easy to remove. With the addition of the aero package, he claims he has the best of both worlds for either hitting the track or the drag strip.

We are a big fan of doing the $995 body color split window which really adds some definition and character to the coupe’s rear engine hatch. Another addition was the visible carbon fiber wheels for $13,995 which Brooks says not only look great, but they help to drop some of the weight from the car.

Inside the car, we see the Brooks did a Black Suede 3LZ interior with Red Stitching. He had to do a custom interior trim and seat override for $695 and then added the Competition Sport seats trimmed in Red for another $500. He topped those off with Torch Red seat belts which added $495. Also added are the Level 1 Carbon Fiber trim for $1,500 and the Stealth Interior trim package which was $595. A sueded microfiber steering wheel for $695 capped off the interior options.

And finally, the last two options included the mandatory $3,000 Gas Guzzler tax and Front Lift for $2,595. It’s our opinion that Front Lift should be optioned on every Corvette model, but especially the ZR1 which has that really expensive visible carbon fiber front splitter. Altogether, his total MSRP for the car was $231,408.

Brooks says his first stop is a detailing shop where it will receive XPEL’s matte wrap. We can’t wait to see this bad boy on the track in the coming weeks so stay tuned!

  1. What kind of job does this dude have that affords him the luxury to buy a new ZR1 and a new ZR1X?

  2. Brooks Weisblat hasn’t been a Vette guy so how does he get an allocation, Chevy? See and read some of his stuff and find out he got a Revuelto since they are readily available. He had commented that he wanted a Purosangue but Ferrari said he had to wait. Oh, oh! Brooks doesn’t pass the Ferrari test!

I give Brooks credit for showing the times he gets with vehicles while folks like Car Wow use flag starts and, often, show no times.
