A ZR1 or a Z06 aren’t the only ways to enjoy more power in your C6 Corvette.

Just ask the owner of this 2010 Grand Sport convertible that’s been upgraded with Callaway’s SC606 package so that it now delivers 606 horsepower and 553 lb-ft of torque, up considerably from the 430/424 of the stock LS3 engine.

Now this enhanced Torch Red over Cashmere leather Corvette is being offered by the grandson of its late owner on Craigslist out of Cortez, Colorado with an asking price of $45,189.

Doesn’t sound out of line for a Callaway Grand Sport with just over 18,000 miles and said to be “all original” with “no modifications, no mechanical issues, no warning lights.” The seller says all systems are functional on the car, including the electronics and the power top.

A photo with the listing even verifies the production date of the brand new full set of Michelin tires that have only been used for the last 300 miles.

While no documents can be found, the seller says the car was serviced regularly by his grandfather, who left his records in “a mess” and didn’t file away his service receipts. Grandson does know for sure that the most recent oil change was done about 300 miles ago.

The car’s only issues, the seller believes, are “minor” cosmetic items, like the slightly peeling clear coat on the custom Callaway hood scoop.

Included with the sale will be the Callaway certificate of authenticity.

  1. I am interested in the Callaway, although I would prefer a 1969 Corvette 427 tri-power 450 HP, hydraulic lifter, (not solid), with factory side pipes. I had one, my Dad helped me purchase it back in 1975, I was 20 years old and way too young to appreciate it, I pray to God I can someday find my car! I’m from Springfield MA, so please anyone, ever buy one? It was pearl white with blue leather, it was originally blue metallic paint, previous owner painted it pearl white, ugh. Thank you everyone for keeping an eye out!
